I then tried to call and/or obtain online chat with both Total Wine and DoorDash and I had to wait another half hour for both of them unsuccessfully, until finally I reached Total Wine customer service and was told that the order would be canceled, I would receive a refund and a discount for its future replacement order, and that I would also immediately receive an email confirmation for this. As a result of this, I missed important appointments. However, I never received any email confirmation. I then tried to contact Total Wine using email at customercare@totalwine.com, which was not even acknowledged. In the past, I was very happy with Total Wine, but now I see that their Customer Service is terrible. I expect that it will take a lot more effort for the refund to be issued. In fact, even the email customercare@totalwine.com is not listed in their webpage under "Contact Us," allowing only "chat with us" and "call us", each of which is painful and takes about half hour to go through.

Beer Selection is pretty awesome with a couple of guys (Pete and Dan) that can tell you a good beer for a certain style or if you are new to beer they can help you get started. The wine selection is great as well from top to bottom. Alcohol selection is awesome. They have rare things like Pappy Van Winkle and other desired dark liquors that you cant normally find in every liquor store and all for a competitive price. One of the better places in the area.
