Coming here to get a bottle of wine and expecting assistance is like going to a grocery store and doing self-checkout. I walked in, the guy both guys behind the counter were occupied on their phones. I looked around and kind of got lots because this is a wine warehouse that being said, you have tons of brands, tons of bottles, and tons of choices. I requested assistance for a fruity wine, and he looks at the refrigerator which is 40 feet away and started calling some names out. I just a picked something that I was familiar with and left. Prices are good, as is the selection. Some of the less common craft beers can be found here. Craft beer, spirits, and wines are all well-represented. In comparison to other local shops, prices are less, which is also a plus. Staff are always courteous, kind, and helpful. The store is also well-kept, clean, and organized. Why the 3-star rating you ask? I have had numerous negative experiences here in the past based on other patrons. Unfortunately, the motel across the road houses riff-raff quite often and, by chance, I have been around when these folks are looking for trouble. Favorite liquor and wine store around the area! Has a great variety of beer and is the only place near us that sells voodoo ranger imperial ipa and papi wine! Prices are very reasonable and better than many other places in the area. Love this store and the service I always go here! read more

Finally a real wine place! Ok, let me stick this in here. I am TIRED of these local wine stores that never have what you need. Like are you only making 3 types of wine? I need variety!!!! I love wine dammit! Anyway, I say that to say this...I am a sucker for this one particular chocolate wine. Of course, whenever I go somewhere and ask for it they look at me like I'm an undercover agent trying to catch them with drugs. The workers at other wine shops never know what I'm talking about, however, let's no make this review about them. Upon entry I see signs, wine, nice staff, and even more wine and some spirits and some cool ready to go mixed shooter shots. Asked for the chocolate wine and the woman pointed me straight to it. Okay, granted....granted it's an outlet but still! I walked around a bit and they had EVERYTHING and even better at great prices! If I'm in the area again I'll know exactly where to go. read more

I was going to a friends birthday party in the city and I needed to pick up a great bottle of wine. I was looking for anything from the California Brown Winery but they didn't didn't carry that brand. One of staff members apologized and informed me that he could order a case so that they would have some the next time I came in. He recommended a great alternative at a really reasonable price. A huge wine store, off to route three. Their selection is humongous and its employees are very knowledgeable, friendly. Store has a parking so you don't need find one off street. Every time we are in that area, we stop by to take a few bottles. Price is very reasonable. They have a membership and recommend you check with an employee when you visit. read more

Clio Jumilla 2004 for less than $34 a bottle. Top ten wine bargain of the year. Clio is made by Chris Ringland -- an aussie super wine star -- he is also the winemaker at El Nido in Spain. A lot of Australia and a lot of Spain -- makes for a very interesting and sublime bottle. A blend of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon (26-year-old vines) and 70% Mourvedre (61-year-old vines), spent 26 months in French and American oak -- and I will spend a lot of time thinking about it..... I first time I opened a bottle of Clio was with on of those silly corkscrews that screws in and the cork gets pushed up -- but the Clio bottleneck is thick -- so it got stuck. I got on the floor, put the bottle between my feet -- pulled on it -- no luck. Took a little torch to it -- hoping to melt the plastic corkscrew. No luck. Tap, tap, tap with a hammer....no luck. Tap a little harder. A little harder. A little harder. Finally the neck of the bottle broke -- perhaps some glass fragments fell into the bottle. How could you be sure -- maybe not safe to drink. But with one mouthful, I knew I could not just throw away the bottle. I poured carefully -- watching for fragments -- it seemed ok -- so I took the risk -- some risks are worth it....... read more

This place is like wine heaven! The choice is astounding and the place is huge and very well organized.You can find what you are looking for whether it be a bold cabernet sauvignon or a fruity Moscato.The prices are comparitively less than other stores even for the more expensive varieties.They seem to have wines for every price-range,right from a sale stock starting around $5(thats the first time I have seen a wine for $5!!) to much more expensive ones. Its the perfect store to come and stock up on good wine.We picked up around 5 bottles the last time and I cant wait to get back and buy some more! read more

Really nice shop. For the wines, they have a very large selection, displays arraigned by country of origin on one side of the shop, with another section arranged by style/grapes of wine. They also carry the popular mass produced everyday blends from most major vintners as well. I was looking for 'old vine red Zin, the other shops I checked with had none, and one! Here, I could have filled a case with 'rated' old vine Zins, leaving plenty of choices for another visit. Very impressive! The beer selection was pretty solid too, with a huge cooler running almost the entire back wall of the shop. Another great thing about the shop is its right off the highway exit, and plenty of parking due to the private lot.. Passing through the area, be sure to check them out. read more

Great selection of beer and wine, and the store membership is worth it for $10, but just don't ask for any sort of help. Customer service is not their strong point. Ask for the bathroom, you get a grunt if you're lucky, and the old man will point it out. The girl at the register will happily shout for you to go to the other register. Show old man your membership card at the register and he'll tell you it's already inexpensive there. Other then that, it's great!! read more

Awful! I placed a Christmas order and not only did not deliver on time, they gave me their back of their hand. Bottles shown as "in stock" were in their "virtual warehouse", meaning they were not in stock. AVOID this operation. read more

I order by online for mail delivery a case of malbec inexpensive bottles (6$ each), they sent a case of 9 malbec and 3 shiraz. When I called they jerked me around they did not send the other malbecs, refund, exchanged or do anything about it. I called again the person hanged up on me. Thieves! run away! read more
