We Waited an hour to get our wings and they came out cold and could tell they had been sitting for a while. Sent them back it was obvious all they did was place them back in the grease to warm them back up. The wings came back and they had no taste beside the old grease taste. Waited forever I'm the restaurant just to place an order. The phone continued to ring and ring while the cashier didn't even acknowledge it. After placing an order the food took approximately 12 minutes an the fries were cold and undercooked. Told staff about the fries so they brought replacement cold undercooked fries again. I came to get dinner with friends and ordered 5 wings. The restaurant took over an hour to bring food out and had subpar service overall. I took my aunt and uncle from Mexico here so that they would know something other than Whataburger when they come to the states. Fortunately, they love it! I had the Bacon dog (which is a hot dog wiener wrapped in bacon topped with white melted cheese and "pico de gallo". It's soooo good! Just writing this review made my mouth watery! In town for work wanted some wings and this place popped up. I love to eat wings. I travel a lot for work and I like to try Local wing spots. Were should I even begin. The wings were cold and rubbery! The sauce was awful and I Just stuck with original buffalo. Not sure how they can screw up original buffalo but they did. The fries were soggy and over cooked. After reading other reviews I had high hopes for this place. I should of just went to buffalo wings and rings. What a waste of $16 read more

I just waited thirty seven minutes for two fundraiser plates. There were eleven customers in the whole restaurant. I had plenty of time to count. Three cooks playing around in the kitchen while the so called manager was talking to them when they should have maybe been cooking. Complete waste of my time while they're having a good time. Think twice before using as a fundraiser. Their total lack of regard for a customer's time shows an overall ineptness and lack of customer service. read more

I've been to this location quite a few times and i really enjoy the food. Sometimes ordering by phone can place you in a hold and most of the time forget about you. Their customer service is alright. Not the worst, but it can definitely be improved by greeting the customers and politely asking the customers, or let us know about the daily specials. read more

In town from Dallas for a track meet and looking for a quick bite before hitting the road to head home. We started with fried pickles and celery and carrots. The fried pickles were really good, probably some of the best we've had. Celery and carrots were mediocre. We ordered the boneless honey bbq wings, lemon pepper, buffalo lemon, chipotle razz and a cheeseburger. The wings were really good, lots of sauce with good flavor and the chicken was extremely tender and almost melted in your mouth. The burger was ok as well. I tried the bone in hot wings and they are pretty tasty. The cheese fries are good as well. It took 35 minutes for them to prepare our dine in order, which is a bit longer than I would of liked to have waited. If you are looking for a quick bite, I would suggest going somewhere else. The wings are OK, but the wait time is terrible. I once order a simple chicken wrap and had to wait for like an hour.

Tonight was the first time we decided to try this restaurant. Our decision was purely based on other Yelp reviews. I called & placed a 'pick up' order at 7pm and was told it would be ready in 20 min. My fiance walked in at 7:10 and didn't pay until 7:32 (it had taken that long to help 4 people in front of him). He paid for the order and was told he would be notified when the order was ready. He texted me and let me know the wings weren't ready. I called and talked to the assistant manager who stated the wings WERE ready but just had been overlooked. It is now 7:40pm. I asked the assistant manager for a resolution to our problem. His solution.... "we can reheat the wings for you". I asked for a partial refund; my request was denied. I mentioned that 'reheating' wings wasn't a classy solution. Final result..... the assistant manager gave us someone else's wings that just needed to be sauced. This is the first and last time we will order from here. read more

I've always been a fan of wing barn's wings and fries. I usually eat at Wingbarn-Harlingen, but since I go to school in Brownsville I went to their Brownsville branch once. When I ordered, it took them 45 minutes to serve my order (8 wings and half order of fries), and the fries were really cold. I complained about the fries being cold and they gave me another one (15 later), but almost a burnt one. I've always liked wing barn but the one in Brownsville sucks. read more
