Visited wings and rings on a NFL playoff night. It was quite busy, but we got a table immediately. Our service was on point, very quick and attentive with our drinks, taking our order, as well as checking on us periodically throughout the evening. My son and I had dinner here yesterday afternoon. It was fairly busy and everyone was doing their part to be safe. Our server came to the table, they were very nice, asked how our day was going, made sure we got our drinks, and began to take our order when the manager rudely interrupted my son while he was ordering. He never apologized, never excused himself, and looked very upset. He was very rude and ugly to the server and with an angry tone told the server "you're also taking of these other tables and hurry up." He walked away and again never offered an apology to my son or our table The server, was a bit surprised, apologized to my son and our table repeatedly. We told our server it wasn't their fault and that he should apologize. She took our order and later we could see her talking to the manager and he looked our way. He never approached our table or apologized. The one star is not for our server but for the manager who obviously has no customer service skills read more

Our waiter was good, but he was trying to wait tables & work at the bar while other servers stood around socializing. There was a total of 6 customers in the restaurant (all of us 50-years-old and older) - loud, sexually explicit music was blaring, so it was obviously not for the customers' benefit. The food was hit & miss. The Ranchero Tots were yummy, but my fish & chips were not. The fries had much more flavor than the fish - i don't think the fish was even salted & peppered. My husband got the Steak and Portabella quesadilla - it was greasy and flavorless. At the end of our visit,, we basically had to chase down our waiter in order to pay for our meal. Was so excited bc great place to watch games and have nice area to sit outside. About all I have to say good about it. We were there at 4:00 on a Tuesday less than 2 weeks ago - may have been a total of 10 tables. One of us ordered an appetizer and told her it was to be our entree. It was brought and was gone before entrees came for the others in our party. Had very limited supply of hard selzers so drank soda then. Waitress did not check on us so had 1 soda and was never able to get a refills for any of our beverages. Entrees were only warm, not even close to hot. Cheese on burger was even getting that hard, cold look. Used my debit card to pay for our tab, once it posted to my account, I found that she gave herself an extra $2 tip then I wrote on the receipt. I keep my receipts and write on my copy what I write on their copy. She didn't deserve the tip she did get. We definitely will not be back. Here come Queso 3.0 with very hot queso but the Chips weren't fresh at all. I should've cut & run but nope, I had to further punish myself. I ordered the peach habanero wings. Imagine a bowl of sauce with wings added. These wings had no flavor at all. No salt & pepper added, just dropped in the fryer and into this bowl of sauce. How can this place not be an easy 4 star. The atmosphere is remarkable for the name and beats the feeling BWW gives. I ordered boneless and was surprised how big these things are!!! The mango habenero was very tasty and not very hot and the lemon pepper sauce wings were awesome too. Then while I was waiting on those I was like hmmm these ranchero tots sounds awesome. The great thing about this place is that the flavor and dry seasoning can be mixed for the wings. A couple of friends ordered the pina coladas and the rock daiquiris. They liked them. The TVs are huge and they are EVERYWHERE even in the patio area. Beer selection is typical for a restaurant. People in the RGV shouldn't have a problem with the selection.
