I saw a few people struggle to get checked in. The lobby does offer water but it was only lemon water that was offered to refill my water bottle which isn't my fave. There is a mini store by the front desk if you want to purchase candy, snacks, and bottled sodas and water. Room was clean but dated. The walls are thin so there was a night where there was yelling and chaos in the hallway and room next to mine and I couldn't sleep. The elevators are very slow. Breakfast is just okay.
