Have you ever had chicken wings that sat under a warmer for too long. It's not good. I ordered online and set a pick up time. When I went to pick up I was happy to feel the bags was hot. When I got home and started to eat it did not taste good at all. There was almost no sauce as if it steam away because it was still cooking while being under a warmer. The chicken itself was dry. I have gone to Pittsburg and Martinez and they were both delicious, but have had no luck with this location. Staff are very rude unprofessional when calling this establishment , didn't even say wing stop when they answered the phone , they just said "order online" and hung up. My order was a joke chicken overly seasoned only on one side, half of the chicken was cold, like it was taken from a left over order. I called for a refund and spoke to the supervisor on-site CHARLENE, who was very rude and unapologetic for the inconvenience. She stated Wing Stop doesn't do refunds and didn't want to give me the number to the customer hotline. Also when picking my order up I noticed staff lounging around eating while the line was getting longer outside. Horrible location even before the pandemic. This specific location customer service have always been below standards at best. I've had multiple orders get messed up and they don't even correct it in a professional manner as if it happens often. I'm literally waiting for my food that I got a email for 25mins ago saying it's ready for pickup. Just moved to this area and use door dash a lot for our deliver needs. This location prepared our order but didn't package our food correctly leaving items out that I paid for. When I called to complain, all they said was " you can come pick up the missing items" there's a reasons why I used door dash in the first place. If not I would have picked up my entire order myself. She told me just go ahead and keep it. She has no idea how she just blessed me. I've been struggling through this pandemic and currently have no food. Where do I begin? If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I don't usually complain or write reviews but I am so upset with my experience tonight. I waited 1 hour and 30 min for my food. I ordered online at 6:38pm, my food was not ready until 8:05pm. The ET for pick up with my online order was 16-21 min. I arrived for pick up at 7pm. I was told by Mary the cashier, that my food was not ready, she would call my name when my order was ready. Mary Apologizes and says my order will be out next. Okay...another 15 min goes by, still no food. I ask to speak to the manager. He was very Unapologetic and basically said your order will be done in 5 min, with no apology for wasting an hour of my day. All the while orders keep coming out but mine is still no where in site. At this point I'm extremely upset. I'm close to giving up and asking for a refund. Until another customer stopped me and said, "You know what, have them make your food, then call corporate. I've had to call corporate about this location too." Which I did... Anyway, I told the cashier Mary, this was ridiculous and not okay to treat a customer, who spent $60 on food like this. This last summer my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease. This means NO Gluten in any of her food. We've removed wheat flour, barley and rye from our house, and now are carefully screening restaurants so she can go out to eat. Cross contamination is a big issue, as even cooking oil does not remove or destroy gluten. So fried food with flour that shares a cooking vat with non-floured food, they will share the gluten. A few months ago my daughter found WingStop as a new favorite place to eat. She was told by the front counter employee that the Lemon Pepper chicken was gluten free. So yesterday was my turn to buy, but I've never been inside a WingStop. I spoke to the young lady at the counter, and told her I wanted to try some of their gluten free wings. She had no clue how to answer, and never heard of Celiac or gluten. I asked for the manager, and he called someone as he spoke to me. He then told me the Hawaiian and Lemon Pepper was gluten free. I again explained my concerns. I also asked for a non spicy chicken for myself with the Lemon Pepper (both orders to go). When I got home I discovered both items in the same box, only separated by wax paper. My chicken was apparently the original hot wing, which I tried to remove by rinsing them off in water, but it did nothing to remove the excessive spicy coating. This might be my only visit to WingStop as their food prep employees should get direction on this issue. I later looked at WingStop's webpage, and nothing on their menu is gluten free. They do filter the oil, but they don't have a frying vat dedicated to the gluten issue. read more

I complied and then I was asked to sign a receipt. I wasn't troubled by the interaction until a lady walked in after my transaction to get her online order. She was not asked to present her card.
