We wanted a burger for lunch and decided to try Buffalo's pick six meal for 2 for $24.99. Buffalo Wild Wings is located off Lone Tree Way in Antioch. We ordered online and had their cheeseburger and chicken sandwich with French fries and wedges. We also had their strawberry lemonade. You have to check the price for each item since the pick six for $24.99 is only a minimum charge. They adjust the price if you order something other than the regular one. We have to pay extra for the chicken sandwich and lemonade. The burger is a double patty. It's nothing extravaganza or better than any other burger joint. The online service is fast and reliable. I came in around 9PM and I had to use my phone flash light to read the menu. I love this place I always come to watch games with my dad and cousin. Unfortunately THIS really bothered me. This lady brought in a dog that said both service and emotional support dog which I'm very supportive of this but anyone who has actually worked around service dogs knows they're better trained than this. First off they're not supposed to sit on the chairs they're supposed to lay on the floor nowhere near the food. Second this dog kept shaking off fur which is very unsanitary that hair flies everywhere and can land on someone's food! And if you're allergic and that fur lands on your food and you accidentally ingest it then it becomes a real problem. I read some of the other reviews before coming... people complaining about not getting smiles or nice words like the staff is their therapist. Be real. You're there for wings, not counseling. I've never been inside a BWW so I was surprised to like it so much. I ordered the new Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger which was seriously good. The pickled peppers with the warmth of the mac & cheese was the perfect balance. Their fries are the thin kind and very seasoned. You can sub the fries for other sides for an up charge. I was very surprised to read some of the previous reviews, because my experience was awesome! I'm not sure if I was lucky or maybe BWW read the reviews and changed staff :) I don't know maybe give them another chance :D however this is my second time coming to eat and hang out here, my first experience it was similar but this time I decided to write about it. We came in with a party that previously made reservations to watch the Super Bowl, we got there at 1pm and I left on the half time show like around 5pm however for those 4 hours we got great food , amazing customer service by McKenzie , she kept on checking on us , and she didn't mind to keep on bringing us glasses with water. The food was delicious, hot and perfect although they were swamped! They gave each table a Super Bowl glass filled with candy , I thought that was very thoughtful! They have several TVs, no matter where you turned you wouldn't miss the game and the restaurant and bar is very spacious! The food was cheap and they had specials on appetizers. If you come here expect to never get a smile or any kind of nice words from the service workers, food is over priced and tastes old and it's always way too cold. Really bad service here. Our server didn't greet us until another server had already took our order. Food came out really slow and everything was salty. Server never refilled our water and when we ordered our second round of all you can eat boneless wings, she forgot to grab our food and came to ask if we needed anything else when we've been sitting there still waiting for our food. Something I love about Buffalo Wild Wings is that they show all the big games and fights on their TV's. No cover charge, just order some food. You gotta try the THAI CURRY wings!! For a BoGo night, I would expect the restaurant to be packed. But the restaurant was fairly slow, nothing too crazy. The host was super sweet and welcoming. The tables were clean, they don't keep napkins on the table-- just sauces. Our server was a young man named Joshua Vega. A polite kid, not sure how long on the job he has been a server but not even a run down of the happy hour menu, we had to ask him for napkins and ask for refills...a young kid. Moreover, when we ordered appetizers, we told him we wanted to place it in now than later to get half off. Bruh didn't even correct us that that Fried pickles and ultimate nachos weren't on happy hour. Same thing for the wings...the kid didn't apply the discount to the order! The food was subpar, the wings were barely sauced up. Mango habanero didn't taste like anything. Lemon Pepper rub had nothing on the wing. Fries were cold. But my family doesn't waste food, so everything was still ate up. He had us sitting at the table waiting for the tab for like 30 mins. for the tab. I wanted to go, could've honestly walked out. He totally forgot about us. But even after telling him BoGo I still paid full price. I mean my fault for not double checking?? But why should I need to tell him twice?? Although it was a wait to get my wings (someone had taken my order)-- the person in charge of the takeout section was so sweet & was able to get me a new fresh order of wings. I picked up a takeout order of 40 wings and fries. The wings were freshly cooked but had little to no sauce or seasoning on them. Aside from being freshly cooked these were very disappointing wings as they lacked flavor and sauce. Lemon pepper tasted like regular wings with no seasoning, spicy garlic had minimal sauce, and the medium buffalo had almost no sauce either. Overall a waste of my $50 dollars as it was less than satisfactory and the fries were cold and not fresh. read more

I'm someone who rarely leaves reviews, but this time I feel it's absolutely necessary. I visited Buffalo Wild Wings with my team and was deeply disappointed by the treatment we received. Our server, Alyssa, made it very clear through her attitude and behavior that she did not want to serve us. Her lack of courtesy, cold demeanor, and dismissive actions made us feel singled out and unwelcome. The experience felt racially biased, and it was upsetting to be treated differently based on who we are. What was supposed to be a casual team outing turned into an uncomfortable and disheartening visit. I genuinely hope the management takes this seriously and takes steps to prevent this kind of behavior in the future. Discrimination--whether subtle or obvious--has no place in a customer-facing business. I will not be returning. read more

I'm not one to post reviews, but what I witnessed today is a warning to anyone visiting this restaurant. I sat in a booth with my fiancé having dinner. We got our food & drinks & enjoyed it while watching multiple games playing on the televisions. There was a party of 4, wife, husband & 2 children. About 25 minutes later another party of 4 young college boys walk in & did not check in. Long story short, the young college boys were sat IMMEDIATELY. There was no explanation to the family. I vividly remember seeing the 2 waitresses smiling & winked at these young boys. The 2 waitresses were very rude & did not care one bit for this family. The manager told the wife "there are no seats in the dining room & they can sit outside in the patio" mind you - the young college kids were sat INSIDE the dining room in a BOOTH where the family of 4 were supposed to be seated. BWW, GM, Manager & the waitress - you all should be ashamed of yourselves for treating people/customers like you all did today. I will never return back after what I witnessed today! That poor family was discriminated! They waited patiently to be seated, only to have a different party that came in 25-30 minutes later to be seated right away & before them. On  May 16, 2021, after church service, a group of 12 decided to go to lunch. Since it was close, we decided on this establishment. It had been over 5 years since I was last there, now as a non-meat eater I really have no desire to frequent this restaurant. Even though I didn't eat wings, I do believe this review will hold some merit. While we are still in the "COVID period" of 2021, BWW got it all wrong. We walked in about noon to an empty restaurant, with one couple sitting in the main dining room, but more small groups in the bar, as far as I could tell. It took about 5 minutes before we were greeted and told that we could not sit together as a group because there were too many of us. It was something they had to work out before we could get seated. Mind you, just ONE table was being used, the rest of the dining area...empty. After another 12 minutes....I say 12 minutes because if it had hit 15 minutes, we were leaving. The hostess was terrible, all these employees walking by but none of them doing anything to ready two tables for us. Finally someone decided to wipe off some tables and we were guided to them. The wait alone should have been all we needed to walk out, but others were hungry. The waitress took our drink order and disappeared. Everyone looked over the menu. While I didn't eat chicken, I decided on fries and a side order of coleslaw. The bill, $13.90! That was the icing on the cake, but the cole slaw, as you can see in the image included was pathetic! Think I could have spent that much on a premade cole slaw from the store and had more to eat. Probably should have complained as this slaw was no more than 2-3 bites. $4.99! Outrageous! The fries were average and the beer cold. While I got out "cheap" but still hungry, the prices for this food were definitely expensive for the others. Not surprising, but the lack of service and attention was disconcerting. I do know for a fact we will not come back to this restaurant. Let me just say I worked as a server in a restaurant for over five years I've seen lots of stuff that happens in a restaurant....Whoever maintains this place needs to pour hot bleach water down the drains in the bathrooms so they don't smell you walk in the door. The restrooms are right there by the entrance it smells like heavy duty air freshener, trying to cover up the smell of the stinky drains in the bathroom right when you walk in. Unfortunately, we were sat near the entrance so we smelled heavy duty bathroom air freshener as we ate. We went there on a Thursday night and the service was terrible. Apparently, there was a UFC fight happening and you had to pay $5 per person to dine on their bad over salted food. I said no, but my cousin wanted to dine here.
