First time here: wait time felt a bit long, and the wings were just ok, not as good as bww, there was just way too much seasoning on them. This location horrible!! You call in your order and they still have you wait 25 minutes after telling you over the phone that your food will be done in 25 minutes. The wings and fries are extra cold once you recieve them. Make sure you check your order before you get home cuz they are notorious for handing out the wrong food. Called to complain and was told to hold for a manager but was hung up on after holding for 15 minutes. Called back and spoke to a manager by the name of Jerry who was very rude and was not willing to compensate for the order at all. I would give this place 5/5 if it was just for their wings. I've been coming here way before they've opened Buffalo Wild Wings so I know they're the original place for "Lemon-pepper" flavor. Must have flavor is definitely "Lemon Pepper," I would also recommend their "Garlic Parmesan," and also try their "Cajun" flavors. These three are always my favorite. For those who are daring, I would recommend trying to taste through the "Atomic" wings. (btw it's really hot) I only recommend this because I've tried the spiciest wings from other wing places. -Buffalo Wild Wing's "Blazin" wings tastes gross, it's covered with this sour/spicy flavor. I only did it for the shirt. -Alondra's "Suicide" wings doesn't have too much flavor, and the spicy is stealthy. What I mean by that is that it hits you after you eat your first wing, and it's not a good burn feeling, almost painful. -Quaker-steak n Lube's "atomic" and "triple-atomic" wings. This place is located in the east, so GL finding one in Cali. Their atomic wing flavor sucks, kinda like BWW's blazin wings; however, their triple-atomic (yeah it's a lot hotter) is a very unique flavor that's super good. -Wingstop's "Atomic" wings, if you can handle your "spicy" try them and see if you can enjoy the flavor behind it. 4/5 b/c there's really no customer service and the employee seems like they hate their job. Every time I order by phone, or online, the order is NEVER ready when they say. I've experienced it three times in a row. Not coming back... furthermore, the customer service mannerisms are poor. When they know they've made an error or have a dissatisfied customer, they don't show any empathy or desire to fix the issue. It's too bad. Girl at the cash register has major attitude. Which I can usually get around. But upon noticing how they prepare the food in the open kitchen it came to my attention that not a single person has gloves or uses gloves. I was disgusted. I don't know if they wash their hands so that's a huge red flag. I saw them saucing chicken in a big bowl with no gloves whatsoever. That chicken or sauce very easily could be gracing their fingers. That's unacceptable. This is a restaurant and I guarantee any food inspector would walk in there and be appalled by the fact that no gloves are worn and that at no point during the 30 minutes I was there did anyone wash their hands. We love this Wingstop! Wings & Fries are always fresh! Music selection is perfect for any age. TV's always have Sports on. Drinks are always cold. No complaints here. Funny thing happened here today... well kind of funny to me. It didn't make much sense, but i laughed in the end. Anyways, on with the review. I like this place first of all. Wings are really good, fries with ranch are super addicting, you have been warned. And the ambiance is, well, more for pick up and to go. But it has small enough space for several parties to eat and enjoy themselves. The funny thing that happened was I called to place a to-go order, they said I had to be on hold for a little bit. Which was no big deal, it happens. So I was on hold for about 10 minutes, and the milla second I was put back on the line, the lady on the phone immediately told me "due to being short on staff, they can't take to-go orders." I laughed a little bit because if that was the case, why not tell me immediately when I called? It didn't make much sense, normally I would get mad, but I laughed. I don't know why, maybe because it didn't make sense. Because if they would tell me instantly they can't take to-go orders before I even said anything after putting me on hold, they could have done the same thing when I first called before putting me on hold. It's a minor gripe, not enough to drop that much of a rating, the employees are still nice and treat the customers well. 4 stars. read more

I like that I can specify the number of wing for each flavor. I am all about the cajun .. so hot and delicious and well done fries. I get teriyaki for my son. The flavones are wonderful. This wingstop is just about the same as other locations. I came in on a tuesday night and ordered a 35 piece boneless wings and 2 large orders of fries. One of our fries we ordered were a "cheese" fries but when we got them we realized what they mean by cheese fries is that they just give you like a cheese dipping sauce.. I wouldn't really consider those cheese fries.. The normal fries are a little on the sweet side.. I try really hard to enjoy them as I know lots of people do like them but I guess they're just not for me. Another negative is they have no free ranch.. really? We paid over 35 dollars and they still charge for ranch. A few positives: the Parm Garlic wings are among the best I've tried, the location is really clean, and aside from most locations we received our order in a relatively quick manner (less than 10 mins) Overall I can't say I won't be back, but I still personally love BWW. read more

So I went there last night with my fiance, who has been peeking in their windows ever since they put a sign up that they we're going to open. He has been going to the one near Monrovia cause he works up there. I ordered the teriyaki chiken strips, and he got 3 atomic (their hottest) and 3 original hot wings. I looked at the menu and I didn't see anything grilled (not much on the fry bit). So much for the diet. We grabbed a seat and got some drinks while another diner asked the counter guy if he could put on a certain game. He did no problem. We did wait a bit but got our food. The teriyaki isn't really. It's kind of a cross between a spicy orange chicken sause and polynesian. Still good, just unexpected. I tried the atomic. They're hot, bot not the hottest. Really good flavor (not too heavy on the vinegar), and the heat is up front. This isn't something that really starts kicking in after 5 bites, which is good, cause those kind of surprises are painful. They let you taste the sauce when you are ordering to make sure you want it that hot. They come with Fries which are fresh with the skins on them, served with salt and sugar on them, weird but good. Their thing is sauces. You can get dipping sauces, stuff for your fries and stuff just because, I kind of got confused and I believe I mistakenly ordered 2 sauces. The honey mustard is good, sweet, but not heavy flavored -it tastes like a dressing, but thicker. The cheese sauce is your classic mild orange looking cheesey sauce and it made me want a pretzel. I was told that it took so long because they make everything fresh. You can order through their website. My fiance orders online, pays online and tells them what time he's coming and picks them up, no waiting. That's awesome for those of you who only get a half hour for lunch, no wasted time. read more

This place varies on quality depending on who's there. Honestly I don't care about service. All I want is to get in and out. But this place is ridiculous when it comes to app and online orders. When they get an app or online order it is faxed to them. They always don't see it come in. Some will say sorry and give you a few extra wings for your inconvenience when your order isn't ready when you come pick it up, and some will just blame it on the fax machine and still make you wait another half hour. There was only one person at the register and one person preparing the food in the back. Wings are made to order so they take a while a 6 piece combo could take between 17-25 minutes to come out. Yesterday after many years I decided to get some wings and order on line. I arrived after the stated time and the order was not ready. I got home and ended up throwing the fries. They were over seasoned and salty almost burned and the smell of the oil that you can't tell has not been changed in a while made it worst. This place has never let me down, I work in the area and visit here at least once a week for lunch, keep in mind I have a limited amount of time so them being ready when it says they will is important and they're always fresh and ready when I get there.
