We came to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday for the Mexico game and had a great experience! The atmosphere was exactly what you want for a big game, great energy, good vibes, and a fun crowd. The manager was super sweet and helpful. We were initially seated at a reserved table, but she took care of us and made sure we were able to get settled, which we really appreciated. The beer was cold, the service was friendly, and overall the vibe here was great. The only thing I'd suggest is being a little more generous with the sauce on the wings. The Asian Zing wings were pretty dry and could've used more flavor. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely come back for another game! read more

Be careful checking your receipts at Buffalo Wild Wings. A couple days after my visit, I noticed an extra $20 tip was added to my card that I never authorized. I went back and spoke with the manager, Renzo. After taking his time to find the receipt, he eventually saw that the extra tip had indeed been added. He told me he would talk to the bartender and "most likely" refund it. Later he even reached out and said I would be getting my money back. The refund never came through. Pretty frustrating situation. Customers shouldn't have to chase down their own money after being charged something they didn't approve. Always double check your receipts here. read more

Unfortunately we had a problem with it, it got cancelled for whatever reason and we had to go out of our way to call BWW & grubhub to basically end up having go pick up a gift card to compensate it all. Service was terrible, karayna was our server and after ordering appetizers she never came back to take our order, we had to flag her down just to get a our order in, to get refills. She just kept walking by, and when we wanted our check she dropped it off and never came back so when we started heading to the front to pay she blocked our path asking if we were ready to pay and asked if we had a card on file and we said no and handed her the card she snatched it from us. She rolled her eyes, just seemed annoyed and didn't want to be there. The meal we're usually here for takes about an hour maybe two but we were here for almost four hours, it wasn't even busy. Shoutout to her, she was super attentive the whole time. Now the food: the burger was solid, classic bar food that hits the spot. The wings though... yikes. We got the traditional 10-piece split between garlic parm and chipotle BBQ dry rub, and both were way too dry. Like, chew-forever dry. Overcooked and disappointing, especially from a place that literally has "wings" in the name. On the bright side, the nachos (we added chicken) were actually fire, and the mozzarella sticks were crispy, gooey, and exactly what you want with beer and basketball. Visited here 10/18 around 3p to 4p Quality was trash. The wings were hard, little and dry. I ordered spicy garlic and wild and there was hardly any sauce. I had to pay for extra sauce on the side. There was no sign of urgency when taking our orders.. it took a very long time to get a refill or for us to receive our food. And it was very slow hardly any people. Always the WORST BWW's I've ever been to. For almost $50 the food was awful. Where do I start. -Traditional wings were small and overcooked. Barely any meat with the overly fried parts that are inedible and bones so you're just left with fat skin and a tiny bit of chicken. -Fries were stale old and cold. Barely edible. -The ranch they give you in the To Go Cups barely cover the bottom rim of the small cup (not even 1/4 was filled) -anytime you put just carrots or just celery just know they ignore your requests on purpose and put mixed carrots & celery I hope this place closes down once and for all. Service was good, the staff anticipated our needs on the refills. The tables themselves were a little dirty. Seems to attempt to cater to the sports watching crowd but the reality is that it's families that are in the are; so it misses the mark on the bar concept. The flavor was a bit salty on the beef cheesesteak sandwich I had and the flavoring wasn't pronounced at all. Biggest complaint would have to be the pricing I mean for 6 wings that were not that big nor that flavorful at all for $13 that's kind of outrageous. Came here after a movie looking forward to watching Duke vs Michigan college basketball. I walked in and MMA was blaring and no basketball on any TV. The host or Manager, whoever seated me listened to my request and put my game on one TV. Worst experience of my lifetime. I went there yesterday during the Mexico game at the tail end of the game and I asked for a table. I understand that they weren't able to accommodate me until after the game. The problem that I had with them was they told me to wait until the game was over and I said sure but can you guys just take my phone number down put me on a waitlist so that after the game you guys can just call me they said yes they took my number down and I sat in my car with the rest of my party and we waited for about two hours, never got a phone call after the game. I think that it was highly disrespectful as a patron that has definitely spent a lot of money at this establishment that they couldn't even call me put me on a waitlist, put me down for a table, and they just forgot about me obviously and left me outside for two hours finally me and my party just left, but it was just really disappointing and it's show actually how far this establishment has fallen. Also, I do want to say the bathrooms in there were so disgusting pee all over the floor and nobody got that fixed. Nobody seemed to even care. BDubs isn't what it used to be, and there are other spots that serve regular-size wings for the same price (or cheaper). I might try one more time on a different day just to see if the wing sizes are more consistent, but based on this experience, I don't plan on coming back. This place still doesn't have it together. We arrived at 5:00 pm on a Sunday. We were seated promptly then our server came up to us at 5:20. We were ready to order drinks and food. The food arrived at 5:50, one of the wing orders had the wrong sauce and onion rings were cold. Onion rings were replaced and the wings were as well but had to get to go because we had a movie to catch. When we checked the receipt we noticed the server had input the wing order incorrectly. On he drive over one of the young boys said he had hamburgers here before and they are salty-this was said before we got to the restaurant. My chicken crust was very crunchy. They have good lunch specials here and we've gone for that before. I would not say that they have the best wings out there, but if you are craving, they were fairly decent. This time, we came as we saw a deal for unlimited apps for $10. Note that here in California, the deal costs $13 for unlimited apps for up to 4 people. We came because I thought there was 2 deals we could take advantage of. There was also a deal for $20 for 20 pieces of chicken wings... so I thought my hubby, baby and I would go eat for less than $40. Boy was I wrong!! The chicken deal is only for to-go pick up orders!! The app deal is dine in only... so you can do one or the other. Anyways, we chose to sit down and eat. We got seated very quickly I will say and the place was full. However, after sitting down, it took FOREVER to even get menus. Than after it took along time before the waitress came to take our order and then the food... it took an eternity to get our food. Absolutely ridiculous times. We were all hungry and I was ready to leave waiting so long. For the unlimited apps, you could chose among mozzarella sticks, chips and queso dip, onion rings and fried pickles. We tried all of them and it's just average appetizers. They weren't bad but they were also not mind blowing. Now, we also got some chicken wings because I told my husband I did not want to eat just appetizers. What a mistake!! So not only did our food take forever to come out, the chicken wings were complete garbage!! They looked like they had been in the fryer the entire time we were waiting. They were TINY and waaaaay overcooked, rock hard completely dried up pieces of chicken wings. I have never seen such horrible chicken wings!! The wings were NOT cheap either. Incredibly expensive. It was 20 pieces for nearly $35!!! Came with zero sauces and zero sides as well. We were there for about an hour before even getting the food! It was horrible. When we saw the wings, we were not we are NEVER coming back here again. Don't care what type of deal they have. The wings looked like they sat in the fryer for an hour! Would we come back here again? I recently relocated to the area and stayed nearby for about a month, which gave me the opportunity to visit this Buffalo Wild Wings location three separate times. Unfortunately, each visit followed the same pattern, and after today, I won't be returning. On all three visits, the core issue was consistent: a clear lack of attention to basic customer service. Each time I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from staff. To avoid waiting indefinitely, I seated myself at the bar. In every instance, I waited 5-10 minutes with no service and ultimately had to get up and ask if a bartender was available. I was told "yes," but no one followed up, I simply had to continue waiting until someone eventually appeared. To be fair, once the bartenders arrived, they were friendly. However, the overall experience remained poor due to the lack of organization. On two visits, I was told they were low on red wine and was sold the last bottle (with no option to order by the glass). Today, on a Sunday during peak sports hours, I was told they had no red wine at all due to it being "on back order," after again waiting to even get service. I've spent over 20 years in retail and food service, and this does not appear to be a brand issue rather a leadership and culture issue specific to this location. The consistent lack of urgency, ownership, and basic service standards suggests that customer experience is not a priority here. That typically reflects a lack of visibility and accountability from local leadership. 4 STARS Buffalo Wild Wings has always been one of my favorite go-to sports bar chains. I normally go for BOGO wing Tuesdays. I prefer the traditional wings over the boneless wings, so I always go on Tuesdays vs Thursdays. My fave flavors have always been Asian Zing, Parmesan Garlic, and the Lemon Pepper dry rub. They introduce new flavors every once in a while, and they're decent, but stick with the OG flavors! For side dishes, I love the potato wedges, fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks. Most BWW locations also have happy hours. This one in Chino Hills has happy hour from 3-6pm and also late night happy hour from 10pm to close. The food and drink specials are awesome! There's always ample parking at this location and I've never had to wait for a table. Service in the bar area can be hit or miss, but overall, always an awesome experience to watch sports games, have some awesome food and beers, and enjoy time with the crew. read more

This is an fast and easy alternative to buying snacks at the theater and filling. We had gone to BWW in the Bay Area quite frequently and it's usually completely fine. Service was fast and so was the food. We had a the standard and super quick sampler before eating at the movies. Everything tasted as expected. My partner had a beer and I had a Topo Chico from the bar and it was all fine. I think some of the reviews here seem harsh, but we didn't try the other food as I can only attest to regular seating order a small but, but from what we had it's pretty consistent with other times we have come for sampler and drinks. read more
