You really can't mess up In N Out... it's like the safety blanket of burgers. Fresh patties, crunchy lettuce, perfectly sliced tomatoes, naturally cut patatoes, and yet somehow it's good every single time!!! However..... this location? Absolute chaos!!!!! Yes.... We attended an event and needed to remain close by the area, so what better way to spend the afternoon then with some delicious in n out. Let me tell you about the incredible hospitality we received! The staff are all so friendly, helpful and kind-- not something you would expect at a burger spot. They have set the bar high for any competitors they might have. You have staff walking around cleaning up areas that need attention in a quick and timely manner, but they also take the time to ask how are we enjoying our food, would we want a refill on our drinks? I didn't expect this type of service but I do appreciate it. At a table near by us I could hear the staff ask this couple what their order number was so he could check on it for them. Always fresh and made the way you ordered! This location was definitely one I will continue to come back to clean, nice and friendly people all around! I've been going to this In-N-Out location for years and lately it's been so disappointing. The buns have been a recurring problem. They're consistently over-toasted to the point where the bun is straight-up burnt and hard like charcoal on the edges and crunchy in a bad way. It makes the whole burger harder to eat and takes away from that classic In-N-Out taste. The photo I attached is from my most recent visit -- you can clearly see the charred bun. This is our GO-TO in n out spot. It's in a very busy parking lot but it's big enough to hold a lot of people. So finding a seat isn't an issue. The drive through can be rough to get to and it usually lines up through the parking lot and into the busy intersection of the business parking lot. So I tend to just go in. Their service is always phenomenal, I have some kids and they offered them coloring pages right away and even gave us some hats to wear. The food is always spot on and it is always prepared fast and fresh. They have lots of seating inside and if you aren't able to find a seat inside, there are plenty of tables outside to sit at. This In N Out store is In nice. Store Associates are great most of the time. Always nice though. Am local so am a regular. I usually avoid the drive-thru coz traffic in parking lot areas are a pain. In-store orders are usually faster, plus free refills on drinks. Every time I get the combo though I tell the store associate that I always get the small nubs of the fries and very little long strands (which defines French fries). So I ask for longer strands. - Doesn't help. Always get what's in the pic. A most recent trip, the store associate said he added "long strands" on the comment of my order - but I guess they don't read it and always, always end up with nubs. Another visit, I brought to the attention of the store associate cleaning in the floor that one of the ice tea tanks was empty (just to be helpful & informative), but he kinda snapped back, "I'll get on that right now," which wasn't my intent in informing him. I was just waiting for my order. So, apart from their French fry "nubs," this store can do better with more longer strands without me having to ask for it every time I order there. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant needs significant improvement. The food quality has also been inconsistent. The burger buns are frequently overcooked or burnt, which is disappointing because In-N-Out is usually known for quality and consistency. To be fair, the managers have always been polite and have genuinely tried to make things right when issues are brought to their attention. I appreciate their efforts and customer service. However, the same problems continue to occur, which suggests there may be larger operational or staffing issues that need to be addressed. I hope management takes a closer look at the cleanliness standards and food preparation at this location because it has the potential to be much better read more

I have been coming to this In N Out for years. The quality is always consistent. The only drawback is usually how busy it gets. Since they opened two lanes to get drive thru orders, its definitely gotten better but during busy times, it will still probably take a while. Sometimes, definitely faster to order inside. My favorite as a vegetarian is the grilled cheese animal style with chopped chilies. My husband loves the double double animal style. If you're in the mood for something sweet, the Neapolitan shake is delicious and is a perfect mix of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. read more

What can I say, it's IN-N-OUT Always crowded, there were like 20 employees in the kitchen working non-stop and the wait is still 45', especially during peak time. She grabbed the bag and took a long time with the box. The burger was good, hot, and fresh. The fries were in little pieces, hard, and cold as if they were pulled from the inventory trash bin, where they dispose of food. Ever since fry was hard as a rock, and I could not eat it. After getting some chicken fingers from Raising Cane's, I wanted to get two chocolate shakes from In-N-Out that happens to be next door to Raising Cane's. Now that's how you like the businesses to be in close proximity from one another. Never fear competition because it can only bring more customers especially when all good businesses are in demand such as In-N-Out and Raising Cane's. Providing great options is a must!!! Anyway, I initially wanted to go through drive-thru so I didn't have to get out of the car in the rain. However, I somehow missed the drive-thru entrance and ended up parking and walking in instead. I needed to use the restroom anyway. All worked out as it was meant to happen LOL. Thank you! There was one customer in front of me which is unusual at dinner time in an In-N-Out, but then again, it was raining. Everyone was probably at the drive-thru LOL. I ordered two chocolate shakes only. First time ever that I didn't order fries at In-N-Out. Why you ask? Well, I had already have fries from Raising Cane's. We'll save the In-N-Out fries for next time. Chocolate shake was good, but it was a little lighter in texture and taste compared to the my last chocolate shake I got from another In-N-Out. Was extremely disappointed by the quality of the food and service today. The bun was horribly dry, tomatoes were sliced awkwardly large so threw off the harmony, and the burger had little to no sauce in it. Didn't have the signature in n out taste at all. What more can I say except In and Out is a no fail burger chain to go to for good fast food. The consistency of going to different locations and receiving the same quality every time is their key to success. We walked in today to a crowded store, line full, seating full, and drive-thru packed. The amazing part is that they handle it, and within 10 minutes, the line was nearly empty again. Well-oiled machine is what this business is, and they do great at serving crowds. People are willing to throw hands claiming this burger is the best and I don't blame them. The only thing that is garbage is parking at this location. Lot is busy with Walmart and other stores but In and Out is situated near the plaza exit. At peak getting around can be a hot mess. A large dining room with plenty of booths and tables where you'll always be waited on by a friendly, cheery young man or girl, they are always polite.
