So I come to this place maybe twice a month. Always ordered online because it does give them time to make it. I see a lot of people complaining about times taking to long when they don't use online, or that the place is always packed with no available tables, or that the workers are rude. Working for customer service, you have to put yourself in their shoes. First of all don't order on a game night thinking no one else would want wings at the same time. Expect there to be lines and a wait. They have a small lobby with probably 5 tables. They do have seats outside, but this ain't no BWW where they have a lot of space. Lastly, treat the employee how you would want to be treated. Understand they are probably under a lot of stress and doing the best they can to get your order out. I called in an order and the cashier was very nice. In the middle of my order though I had to keep repeating because other rude ass customers kept asking him for things "while he was on the phone!" People, shut your damn pie hole when someone is on the phone! He apologized for the interuptions and I finally got my order in. Second, there is a sign that says "Mask required". Really? I work in the medical field and I can tell you this is the dumbest thing Ive ever seen. Especially making employees who have to work hot friers wear these. out of all the wingstop locations i've been to this is by far the worst, which is unfortunate because it is the closest to me. from what i've seen, cleanliness is lacking here, which is the least of their worries. their customer service is the worst i have experienced in any food establishment. the girls in the front have a bad attitude, which i don't understand why considering they chose to work there. also, their wings are never consistent. some days they are good and other days they are undercooked or dripping in grease. there's no point in calling to see if they can fix your order because they make it out to be your fault. from now on, i will make the 15 minute drive to the eastvale location which is definitely 5 stars. read more

Complete Idiots! My girlfriend and I waited over 30 minutes for our food and we finally asked when our order would ready. They replied we forgot to put your order in. We we also the only ones in the restaurant......ummm wake up we are not just sitting here for our health. Being a wing enthusiast, I have to say this particular wing stop joint disappointed me. I recently stopped by and ordered 15 wings composing of mango habanero, buffalo,and bbq. The wings were definitely below average size, with the added texture of rubbery chicken skin, instead of being deep fried and crisped up. For roughly 20dollars. This wing stop is the worst! Each time we've come here they mess up our order and we are disappointed. Yesterday will be the last time we give them our money. They got our online order completely wrong. When I called to let them know they were not apologetic. I had to wait another 18 minutes and send someone back to pick up the correct order. I come here pretty regularly now to get lunch. Who doesn't love wings??? The employees here are really nice, especially the young lady who seems to always be at the register when I'm here. The food tastes great. I have had no problems here at all and they meet/exceed my expectations so that explains the entire 5 star rating. The place is also clean too so that's a plus. I Made an online order while i was in the Chino area Sunday, Sept 7th. Stopped by, let the cashier know that i made an online order, gave him my name showed him my card to verify the purchase information and he swiped it! Yepp Charged me twice for my order. When I let him know that I was charged twice he replied " well why did you hand me your card" . So him and another associate let me know that they don't know how to give refund and was sorry and that i should stop by Monday for a refund. I live forty miles away from this location and there was no way that i was going to drive 40 miles for twenty dollars. So i talked to them they told me a manager would contact me when they came on shift to process my refund. While at work i got a call from the manager on Monday Sept 8th saying sorry about what had occurred and that she just processed my refund and it should show in 24 hours. Well Here it is 9/15/2014 and I still have not received a refund from this incident. I called earlier today to speak with the manager about the incident and they said that she was unavailable. Ive tried to be patient but afraid that this matter is being ignored. I gave it a low rating because my cold wings, fries and untrained staff were not worth paying twice for. I came in on Monday night for their 60cent boneless wings and let me tell you, GROSSS! I got 10 boneless half mango hab and the other half original hot with a small basket of fries. The fries were undercooked and way to salty. The wings were either rock hard or super squishy. I felt like I was going to break my tooth on the hard boneless! The wings were also cold like they were sitting there forever. The tables weren't cleaned and there was a ton of trash on the floor. Also the men's restroom was the nastiest thing I've ever seen, nasty foot prints on the floor, paper towels all over the ground, and the toilet was clogged.. the customer service was bad too. One of the worst experiences I've ever had calling in for take out at any food establishment. Called in an order of wings a couple hours early. About 45 minutes later, I called in and asked to add to that order, changing one of the 10 piece orders I had originally ordered to a 15 piece instead, and adding one more order of wings. When I arrive at the restaurant, I pay and get my receipt. Instead of changing my order from 10-15 wings, they charged me for both. I asked them kindly to fix it and I only wanted the 15 not the 10 and 15. They did not understand and started to get temperamental toward me. After waiting for about 30 minutes and speaking to multiple people, I finally have everything fixed and head home to eat with my family and friends. As we unpack our bags, everyone has hair food except for me. After all that trouble and explanation, they did not pack my order in the bag AT ALL. I called them back and was still polite and asked them to fix the problem by having the wings ready for me when I got there. I drove back down there and the wings were there, but the order still not correct. I waited a few minutes for them to fix it and took my wings home. No apologies on their behalf, no kindness, just treated very rudely. I get Home to open my wings and they were COLD. They didn't even have the decency in them to give me good wings. Well, We have ordered lunch from this location on many occasions prior to this last visit, and usually the worst that will happen is the cashier gives attitude when the person picking up (a large order) is not the person with the credit card who actually paid for the purchase. Ok, all you do there is threaten to abandon the meal and go elsewhere to purchase lunch and they have to buckle. Our last visit however was by far one of the worst customer service experience I have personally had from a customer's standpoint. I ordered for several people over the phone a very simple order- the large family meal with only two sauce types (not even 5 like I had the option to do) and all bone in wings. It's hard to believe, but they managed to get it wrong. Since I was not the person to pick up the order, and the person who did, did not know what I had ordered, he came back with all boneless wings. I called to complain and, I kid you not, the worker argued with me that I was wrong about what I had ordered! I asked for a manager, where any decent establishment would have on site during all hours of operations, who was not available. They did not offer to replace the wings during the initial complaint and I never got a call from the manager like requested. Instead we got a call back from just an employee who at that point offered to give us bone-in wings if we bring back ALL 75 wings TWO HOURS after our lunch was over.
