Wonderful Management and staff. I personally love the food and the prices. The cashier was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products.

So I'm literally over it. I love coming to this location, but it's a hassle every time I come. Like the people that work the register are so lackluster and don't really "try" to help you with your pick up order. I feel that the staff working in the actual kitchen are more in tune with what's going on in the front/lobby/waiting area with the customer, which is a shame. Every time I come there's always an issue locating my food due even though I'm using their online order app. It just stinks that I couldn't give them any higher of a rating. I will give two stars because the delivery got here quick but the food was not very good. The wings look like they were way over cooked. They were tiny little wings that were literally skin and bones with some sauce in them. The veggies and ranch dressing is the best thing they have. read more

Worst Wing stop we have seen Order is always wrong 9/10 times we gave it one last shot tonight and it will be the last after waiting 20 min+ for the Combo Deal they let us know they don't have fries. It's so unfortunate that I didn't read the reviews prior to buying wings at this location. However every negative comment that has been previously written is in total agreement with what I experienced. Soggy wings that seemed undercooked and not enough lemon pepper sauce either. Made it all the way home and was too tired to take them back. Threw them away! Please read this review Wingstop and shape up. Waited over an hour for an online order. As soon as we finally get our food, it's the wrong order. We got mixed with someone else's. The manager was very accommodating and apologetic, but most mistakes can be prevented. My boyfriend and I went to the Wingstop in West Palm Beach a week ago because he loves the wings there. They were great, tasted awesome. The wings were fresh and crunchy and the fries were hot. Tonight we went to the one in Greenacres and were pretty disappointed. We chose this one because it's a lot closer to home but we won't be going to this location again. The wings didn't have much sauce on it and they were soft and soggy, nothing like the ones we ordered at the other location. The fries were cold when we got them, I would've went back but I was already on the main road and had to be somewhere for a football game. If I could give this this place less than a one-star I would. I am an Uber Eats driver and I have done many food deliveries from this place in the past and would always noticed that the wait time was long and the restaurant will be full because many people will be ordering from here so quite naturally I had some free time and decided to order and boy was I highly disappointed! I ordered the thighs and boneless wings, BBQ and mouth flavored. I also ordered cheesy fries! First of all the seasoning was too much and all I can taste with salt on chicken portions. With the BBQ flavored Wings it looked as if someone had took the whole bottle of barbecue sauce and just dumped it on the wings. The mild flavored tasted like bread sprinkled with light brown sugar. Gross!!! In addition the cheesy fries were soggy and tasteless. The food was very unappealing and presentation and just plain out disgusting! I don't know what it is about Wingstop's but whenever I call it usually has to be about 2-3 attempts before I finally get someone. This location was no different. I finally got through to the lady who took my order and although she was very nice, the order was not. I was told my order would take 45-1 hour. After 30 minutes I called and was told they were done. I went pick up my order and got back home which took a total of ten minutes. Not only was my order not well done as I asked, but the fries were soggy and the entire meal was cold as if it's been sitting there for 15 before I arrived and the wings were lightly coated with sauce. My family prefers wingstop wings over the other wing providers in the area but unfortunately because of the poor customer service & "invisible" management we will have to go without. On four different occassions I tried to support this local business only to be disappointed by either cold food, missing items or wrong order. Unacceptable when each order is between $40-$60. The last visit I asked to speak with manager and even though Id just seen him, he advised the cashier to tell me "he'd left & she wasnt aware..."I then completed the receipt survey and still havent heard back. If I could give it 0 stars I would. A Friday night, but not too crazy. Our friends who ordered a minute before us got their food about 40 minutes after they ordered. We waited 59 minutes an got the wrong food. The staff looked as if it was all their first day. There were people off the clock and out of uniform walking around the kitchen in full view. There was an employee who wiped her lips then continued to touch food without washing her hands. They didn't have gloves on and no hairnets as well. The "managers" left due to them working too many hours. As soon as I said something to an employee, he wakes away and was on the phone for 5-10 minutes. It was a complete mess and I would never return even if I lived closer. The staff did not seem to care and were annoyed we said anything. I am a manger in the industry and I would be eaten alive if my team acted the same way. I was not rude or accusing, only very concerned about our food and the insanely difficult process to get a refund. read more
