Walked in and greeted right away. Sunday nights special was for $15.95 you receive a full rack of ribs and two sides( dinner side salad is included as a side if you wanted) The waitress was fast and very attentive to not only our table, but all of her other tables that she had around us. The food came out in a timely manner and was hot(minus the oysters). You were able to tell our food was not sitting on the deck, waiting for it to be ran to our table. All the food tasted delicious.. okay I didn't try the honey mustard wings since that's not a flavor I would have ever gone for but that person said they were fantastic. You really can't beat for basically $16 a full rack of tasty fall off the bone ribs and two sides. Sunday night they also have the no pub poker too. read more

We have been coming here for date nights for years! We mostly come for Steve and his service. They are currently finishing up renovations and let me tell you a hole in the wall just for a nice face lift. This is a locals place, off the path from visitors but they have some delicious food. Voodoo bucket is our tables fan favorite. Appetizers: mozzarella sticks, nachos, Shepard's pie potato skins, and the lazy loaded wings are my new favorite. Entrees: wing basket, buffalo chicken Alfredo, Shepard's pie, chicken Parmesan quesadillas are some of our favorites. We love Steve! The owner is amazing too! She is a boss! We came into McKenna's Irish Pub for the Miami vs FSU game, and it was packed! The bartenders were totally on point though, and somehow we snagged two seats at the bar five minutes before kickoff. This was our first time here. My husband works on this coast every other weekend, so we wouldn't call ourselves neighbors, but we're always looking for that neighborhood bar -- and after two years, we finally found it. The Shazz wings were awesome, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The Black & Bleu Burger was phenomenal. I had my fries tossed in Old Bay, which helped, but honestly they're just standard bar fries, nothing special. The wine was flowing, we took a few shots, and my husband had his Surfside vodka drinks, so we were happy campers. We'll definitely be back. This place was like a combination of a sports bar, Irish pub, and dive bar. It's a neighborhood place that has been through a lot. However, it felt instantly comfortable. It's not very large inside so I can see it getting noisy on a busy evening. The menu was large with a number of appealing items. It was not the easiest to make a choice. My husband opted for one of their specials -- a Guiness Beef stew. He added on some garlic rolls (the only bread they had). The stew came piping hot in a large bowl with chunks of meat, and potatoes and veggies, in a flavorful brown sauce. The rolls were perfect for sopping up all the gravy. I decided to get one of their specialties -- chicken wings. I got a small order (10 wings) done with lemon pepper. I requested mainly flats and that's what I was given. They were meaty and quite good. I ate half and took half of them home. I'd added celery and carrots with blue cheese (or you could get ranch dressing) and the pieces were crunchy and very fresh. We had friendly and fast service. This small plaza has a lot of other restaurants, but we were able to find a parking spot right outside. We both liked our meals and decided that we definitely want to come back again to try some of their other menu items. read more

The food was amazing but the service needs improvement. It was not too busy. The place was clean. When I was seated there was no silverware on the table. I had to get my own. The waitress did not ask me if I wanted something to drink right away. I had to ask several times for different things. She never asked if I needed anything. The food was delicious. I got the chicken sandwich that I saw on TikTok and it was delicious. The fries were not overly salted which were great. The coleslaw on the chicken sandwich was really good. It wasn't overly strong. For years, a friend has told me about this hidden gem in Palm Springs (a town just a few minutes North of Lake Worth) called McKenna's Place [4068 Forest Hill Blvd, Palm Springs, FL]. The scoop was that it's a typical Irish Pub with not so typical food. After visiting with a few friends, we can all confirm -- it's SUPER special. Family owned for many years, the team was lovely and the food truly exceeded our expectations. Have you ever seen Shepard's Pie Potato Skins? I hadn't -- brilliant IMO. The "Shaz Way" wings [tossed in medium wing sauce, lemon pepper, garlic and parmesan] are something to behold. The Shrimp Alfredo was so fresh and clearly made to order -- we proclaimed it was as good as any top notch Italian restaurant. If you live near this place and can stop by or order in -- do it. Service can be a bit slow but that's to be expected in a place that is packed! The food is much better than I expected. Hole in the wall kind of place. My go to order is the buffalo chicken sandwich. The beer is cold, which never disappoints.

I always get the pasta from here and I just love it! Good vibes when I walk in for my pick up order.

Just moved to the area from Boynton and man is this my kinda place! I've literally only been here for 15 minutes and the service is phenomenal! The portions on the apps WHAT A BANG FOR MY BUCK! Drinks made super well as a bartender/restaurant manager I'm over the moon pleased! If you're in the area definitely come check this place out! We came here on a Tuesday afternoon; the place looks like a typical sports bar. There was a free poker game going on in a corner of the restaurant, but it was pretty empty otherwise. They don't have a great assortment of beers, but their menu is extensive and pricing is ok. We shared an order of wings and sliders, and I really enjoyed the wings (the sliders were also good though!). The staff was friendly and they a different HH specials every day. Outstanding! From the moment I walked in I knew it would be glorious. The shrimp appetizer was phenomenal, as was the calamari appetizer, for the entree I had the seafood platter, absolutely astounding! This old FL boy has been to many seafood places in the six decades I've been here, this one rocks it down significantly! The atmosphere is bravura. If you want seafood Glorioso, it's here! So we went tonight for a little while and DJ Trivia was there. It was nice and today was wing Wednesday where it's 99 cents a wing. There are a ton of different flavors. New ownership. The service has gone way down! The servers themselves are all different and possibly new to the job? It's always been incredibly loud and continues to be this way unless you come early. The burgers on Monday now require you to buy a drink as well. We recently discovered McKennas and have been here about 4 times and we love it ! The food is always great , perfectly cooked and the daily specials are incredible value ! I have had the prime rib , which is sliced a tad thin but still delicious and tender unbelievable meal for the price . Today I was blown away with my FULL rack of ribs on a huge plate overloaded with onion rings and sweet creamy coleslaw House made, my honey got the low country sandwich , insisted I tasted the chicken that was cooked perfectly moist tender and delish!! I love the burgers , and I'm a picky burger person but they are juicy and packed with flavor .Our bartender Rachel was friendly , fun and on point and also BRAND new but she is a perfect addition to McKennas. We have always had a great experience today was the TOPS thanks to Rachel . The food was just awful! The Cajun Shrimp Scampi sauce was pure butter and oil. The cod was frozen, the fries were cold and the Cole slaw had a strong onion flavor. Wow!! Pleasantly surprised with this place. It is in a little strip mall and definitely casual (we were dressed up lol). The service was awesome. I didn't catch the guys name but he was great and very informative. I kept seeing "fish dip" on menus and we had to try it! Thank goodness we did because we LOVED it! At first, I wasn't so sure about it but trust me when I say it's so so good. We wanted to go back the next night JUST for the fish dip. The crab legs were fresh and juicy too! Mussels were awesome.
