Disgusting place, dirty, flies everywhere, concrete floor. Rude workers. Terrible service.

I was so ready for some wing stop. When I walked in i didn't even get a greeting. Usual. I ordered, and the old lady who looks like she shouldn't be there had to retake my order three times over. However the food came out nice and quick like it should. One I got home, My order was wrong. That would have been okay if it wasn't an entirely different thing than what I ordered. I got 8 boneless and a regular fry, half hot honey and half bbq with ranch. I got 8 original hot with bleu cheese and the remnants of the fry basket. Ok cool. Time for a refund. I've been put on hold 3 times, hung up on, and then straight up refused. On the fourth time I attempted calling, "there's no manager." So when I walked in and asked for a refund, I was told "he'll be here tonight" You guys make me want to punch a hole in my wall. Never coming to this location ever again. I am so fed up about this and your manager(s) will know about your terrible service. read more

We came in and literally just ordered some ranch. It took over 40 minutes and there was an employee standing AT THE REGISTER eating bone-in wings. It was so gross inside, with flies everywhere, and every surface was sticky. My worst takeout experience in a very VERY long time. read more

My friend and I came into our local wingstop after a night out. At 12:22 we were told that we had to leave the lobby, they began flipping our chairs and cleaning off the tables as we were sitting down waiting for our orders. They then told us if they weren't done with our orders by 1 am that they simply weren't making it. They kicked people out who had been waiting to order for an hour. The staffs attitudes were completely unacceptable, and completely unprofessional. At the end of it all, they called the police and had all of us escorted out of the building. When I explained to the officers was what happening the only response I heard was "Don't they close at 1:00?". My point once again, we won't be back and I hope they find better staff to operate during these hours, I understand it can be difficult but don't apply at jobs and willingly sign up for the hours if you can't pull through. read more

Lady at the front isn't very friendly and we arrived she had given our order to the wrong person then handed us back food that was already touched and taken out of bag by other people she handed it to which can be unsanitary since we didn't know if those people ate the fries or not but she just lazily handed it back to us also this location has not had ice in a while. read more

Ordered 5 lemon pepper Thighs to go. Got to our room and they were all raw inside. We called and they said to take a picture and they would give us a new order. My husband went and they didn't really address the issue of our first order being raw and us having to come back out and pick up another order. He picked up the second order and the same thing, three of five were raw! We didn't even waste our time calling back and pretty much wasted $30. Will never go back to this wing stop again. I feel that is very sad for a business like Wingstop to give a customer a five dollar gift card for a meal that cost me over $13. I had to wait 35 minutes while the men in the back played and then when I get my food, there's no Parmesan garlic on my chicken and their french fries was cooked with dirty oil and their french fries look horrible. i am a big wing stop fan. this is my first time attending this location in manhattan kansas and at first my experience was slightly unpleasant. the worker was not super friendly and our food took a while to be finished. i am usually served super quick despite rushes. however, my food was phenomenal. this is one of the best wings and fries ive ever had from wingstop. i was blown away by the flavor and how well everything was cooked. genuinely made my year how good it was and i am now scared no wingstop experience will compare ever again. read more

Every part of this visit was bad. The service at the counter was short and rude. I ordered 8 wings and ranch to go. My food came out instantly and he said they had some extra wings sitting there so they gave them to me. They were cold and chewy and didn't have much sauce. Wow these guys dont live up to their name! The wings were super greasy and smelled of old rancid oil. I bet the wings are decent if these guys change the oil now and then, but wow never been so disappointed upon delivery. The wings literally stank. Ever opened the lid to your fryer after not using it for a couple months? Yea thats what it smelled like. On the plus side, the korean bbq sauce left in the bottom of the container was tasty. Help me understand. Why do you only get one cup of ranch dressing with a 20 piece bone in wing order. I don't think it really matters if it had been boneless. I get it prices are rising but please 2 cups. If customer needs more I could then understand the additional charge of $1.49 a cup‍. If I order a 6 piece should I expect half a cup of ranch. I came here with my boyfriend last week and although the wings were good, everything else was awful. we came in when the restaurant was empty, but after we ordered a line formed. Everyone who came in after us (about 10 people) were served before us and we ended up waiting almost an entire hour for our food (2 small orders of wings and fries). My daughters and I ate here tonight and the food and service were EXCELLENT! My daughter has severe food allergies which can make it difficult to eat out. The shift supervisor, Candace, came out of the kitchen to help us figure out what would be safe for my daughter to eat! When she brought our food to the table, she even put the food that my daughter could not have on a separate tray so it would not come into contact with her food! Her customer service was wonderful! I am very tolerant of service especially at low quality establishments but to wait over a hour for an order of wings is ridiculous.

Worse wingstop ever!!! Called in my order and when I went to pick it up, they could not find my ticket or food. After a few minutes, they found my ticket in the completed pile of tickets. Manager told me they gave my food away and that she would give me a 10% discount but since they are busy, I will have to wait 20 minutes for my order. Poor customer service and management. This Wingstop is pretty good. We both got what we ordered and in decent time for a walk-in order. I actually got an extra boneless wing in my order (which happens frequently), so that was awesome. The mango habanero is spicy and tasty but my favorite is Louisiana rub, even though it's really bad for you. My bf likes the Hawaiian one but I can't stand teriyaki so, bleh. I am not one for posting reviews. But this place needs help. I have been here three times and every time I have waited over 45 minutes for food. The food once you get it, is hit or miss.
