I order 5 tenders combo $12.39 and 10 piece garlic parm wings $9.69 Yes a little pricey. I was handed my drink by the friendly cashier and had a seat. We all know a chicken wing is 3 parts right? But for years we have only gotten 1 piece of it , even though they call its a wing... Think we have been cheated. This is another story.. About 5 min later place started to get busy. I overheard one customer say that the power was out and she was killing time. Huge order. Only complaint i have is it did take about 20 minutes for my order. Well that complaint Is a wash out. I will explain in few. 20 min later after everyone else got there order my name was called. Bag was hot. So my drive home is about 5 miles and maybe 10 minutes to Round Rock. I opened the bag and the fries were on top but there was 3 containers? I opened them all up and to my surprise they added another 5 piece tenders. 2 buffalo and 3 garlic and parm strips. Wow! Score! Now your asking should I have returned it. yes however to go back 5 miles. I doubt they would want it back. Maybe it was a gift for the wait? None the less this is so much food and its 10:00 pm now. First off the phone number does not work so when there is a problem with your order you can't get help. We ordered 4 meals (3 with drinks) all had upgraded fries and then an few extras. We did not get any fries, drinks and 1 meal. I ended up calling Door Dash since they delivered. If they can't make sure all the food is in the bags then they should not be in business. I get it mistakes happen but then to not have your phone work for customers to find out if thy need to come get the rest of their meal is unexcepable. I love me some wing stop! It's a chain and they do not disappoint me at all! I have tried other flavors, but I like to stick with the garlic parm, original hot and lemon pepper. This was my first visit at this location. The wings? Really good... The workers are nice and it was cool they had a window so we could see inside the kitchen from the dining area. I have been here a couple of times with my family. The facility has always been clean. Wings are a hit or miss with me at any Wingstop I have been to, however, I never receive any over cooked wings here. That I must say I have enjoyed about this particular Wingstop. The restrooms here are very clean. The staff here are friendly and take your order pretty quick. So far I have not been disappointed with this place. While the service was not bad, just long wait times, the food at this particular WingStop was no where near as good when compared the others I have visited. While the the portion and size of wings (flats) was bigger than what I ordered ,by two or three wings, the sauce I got (Mango Habanero) was severely lacking in heat and flavor and the fries I ordered (well done) were undercooked and not very big in terms of portion size which isn't always bad, just less than expected and lacking in ranch (buffalo ranch fries). The fries were coated very well and the flavor was distributed evenly, but if I'm gonna wait for 35-40 mins I just expect my food to be better that I received. If I could give this place a zero I would I order the 20 boneless meal deal when I got to the restaurant. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. It took over 10 mins for them to come to the counter and have me pay for my order. If the cashier wasn't on his phone or dancing with other coworkers he would have saw the line was outside the door. The manager clearly saw the line and she was in no hurry to clear the rush. When I finally paid for my order and got my food I was missing 10 wings and my fries were cold. Every time I come to this restaurant they always mess up my order. You have one job to do and you can't even do that correctly on top of that my food was cold. The order arrived but not well prepared to my liking at all, it wasn't seasoned or cooked throughly! I asked for extra well done and Lemon pepper and it appears I got light blonde wings... no thanks. So I call the wing stop location and they asked did I order from door dash...I explained I ordered directly from the website. The manager explained if you use delivery they use door dash and I would need to contact door dash for a refund! So now I'm mad because this happened to me before in November but that time the driver cancelled for some unknown reason and Wing Stop doesn't have the authority to refund when you do delivery. So I have to call DoorDash for them to get my money. I never placed my order with door dash and really don't appreciate my food not being right and the hassle to be refunded. So twice I placed a order and I don't get my chicken or money. The order was $13.99 but after the fees it's $28 but we pay for what we want right?! Great to go packaging. The Hawaiian wings were on the bottom, then covered with paper, and Louisiana Rub was on the top. Baked beans as a side dish. Everything was piping hot and fresh and delicious. The wings were nice size, not tiny at all. Both flavors taste very good. I like to alternate eating a few sweet ones, then a few seasoned ones. That work well for my taste buds. I keep tricking it. So today at Wingstop we ordered 20 drums (repeat order through the app). What we order EVERY Wednesday for "wing Wednesday" and low and behold we get home to find 20 flats in the container. So naturally we take the wings back and the cashier says "I'm sorry I didn't make your food". Even on a Friday or Saturday when they're busy, the food is great even if it takes a little longer. Why one star? I went on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019 and ordered the exact thing I order every time. Thirty wings, half Louisiana Dry Rub, half Original Hot; two drinks; two ranches. The order taker replied: "Louisiana dry rub is actually a sauce. Cajun is the seasoning. You want Cajun." I told her I believed that that was incorrect since I've had the same order dozens of times before and knew that the canon is a sauce and Louisiana DRY RUB is a dry rub. She treated me like I was an idiot who's been ordering wrong my entire life. I left the store without ordering and drove to Pluckers where they gave me exactly what I ordered and wanted. The fact of the matter is what stuck with me. I walked away befuddled why a brand new establishment wouldn't take the opportunity to win over your new local customer base by honoring a coupon by the same company brand over something so low cost in comparison the marketing dollars it takes to get a customer to walk in the door for the first time, let alone drive the customer to want to come back a second, third time or long term.
