So i did the mistake to order a family meal online. Just to save the time of driving 4 extra miles to the rancho location i decided to come here. Gave them 40 mins on an order said to be ready in 25 mins just to come find out order was never placed! Apparently this locations "system" is not working. Now ive been waiting for an additional 45 mins as i write this review for 30 wings. My complain is not towards the employees but to the managers and owners that have failed to fix KNOWN issues and deliberately continue to give unsatisfactory service to the customers. If you know that your location gets a large volume of customers hire more Competent staff. If the your "system" is not working, disable the online ordering!!! If the cooks cannot handle fast food processing hire Experienced cooks that are use to fast pace environment! It is simple to make this place a bit better! But one thing that cant be changed is the parking. My advice fellow yelpers stay away during weekends, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR ON APP!!! And try and have patience. Never again... Great place, especially when they have .60 wings lol! Ive always received great service here, trying to get them on the phone is sometimes difficult but once they answer they take your order quickly and its always ready in the estimated time they give me. I don't even try online ordering as it never works for me but when i call its pretty much the same. I highly recommend their boneless wings with Habanero sauce, its crazy good! read more

So I have been to this wingstop on multiple occasions but one thing stays constant the wait. Every time I go I place an order online, some paid online some in store. Every time order will be ready at xx:xx time. Show up ten minutes later because they are slow still end up waiting half an hour at least past that point. Place orders at different times that are not peak still have to wait. One of the instances my order sat on their rack for the 30 minutes I was waiting, if it wasn't for the cashier on her break realizing I had been there she went in and grabbed it for me. And to top all this off the manager on every occasion has been standing there on her phone or cracking jokes with the line. Not working push, not trying to keep the customers who have been waiting happy, not calling out the pre orders that are sitting there on the rack getting cold. If this is a franchise the franchise owner doesn't care. If this is corporate their district manager needs to pay a visit to this location. Tonight was the last time I will stopping by. I placed an online order prepay they give me a ready time I give it an extra 15 minutes par the course. Didn't get my order until an hour after it was supposed to be ready. The rolls were cold and stale swimming in the spread that did not melt, chicken was undercooked, and got shorted on my order. I don't know how this place stays open if this is their day to day bussiness, given their track record it is. It is a real shame wingstop has better wings then BWW. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with Wing Stop. Maybe I'm just not familiar with the Wing Stop experience or maybe I've been pampered by Buffalo Wild Wings. But if I call-in an order and show up about 30 minutes later on one of their busy days, I expect to get my food the moment I walk in the door. I understand that an establishment can get very busy and hectic but the girl at the register was extremely slow and rolled her eyes when I asked politely about when my food would be ready. I love the wings without a doubt but the place either needs better management or better staff. They avoid phone in borders they pick up the phone and then quickly hang up. They're so unorganized. My husband & I came here for the first time last might & it was the worst decision ever. To begin, the small restaurant was packed, the girls at the registers were rude because we were unsure of what to order right away, & after we ordered, we had to wait about 25 mins just to get our food to go. Once we got in the car, we realized the wings weren't in their containers so there was sauce everywhere on our clothes, & our car. By the time we got home, the only thing we liked was the fries. 4 Stars, #1 because the wait was a little longer than I expected, at lunch time. But, they were straight forward, telling us the wait time would be about 15 to 20 minutes. it did end up taking about 20 minutes to get our food. So..If you go here with a 30 minute lunch break, well....don't. This was my first time coming here with my husband and two kids. Lunch time is crazy, busy and there were no tables left. It looks like they may have table seating on the patio in the future, as there is a huge empty concrete slab to the north of the building. This would be a great investment. People were leaving instead of staying when they tried to enter the door and the customers waiting in line was blocking their entry. Having "too" many customers isn't a bad thing, but not having enough seating for those customers is a bad thing. Now for the food! I got the Parmesan Chicken boneless wings. My husband got some spicy, bone-in, wings. Both were super flavorful and fresh. (My husband told me they make everything fresh, so I assume this most likely contributes to the longer wait. He's been here before.) The combos came with fries. A LOT of fries. These fries had SO MUCH flavor. The Flavor was TOP NOTCH! #2 Another reason for 4 star rating, though. Many of the fries were over-cooked and very crunchy, too crunchy to bite into for the 60 year old teeth in my 27 year old body. But the seasoning on the softer fries, the majority of the fries, was seriously, so good. We also got the home-style rolls. They had butter melted on top of them, but the center of the rolls were drier than I like. I'm a huge "bread" person, so I'm a little picky with my breads. I have to give this location 1 star because of an issue I dealt with last night. I ordered my food(10 boneless 10 bone in) on the Wingstop app. App showed the time of which my food would be ready. Said 10:44pm. Walked in at around 10:50pm. Of course there's a line which is no big deal. I paid for my food and waited about 35 minutes for my food to finally be ready. I also had a friend who ordered the same time I did and used the app and he got his food before I did mine. I had no trouble with the manager because he was polite but come on. Get it together. on 8-26 I ordered a 30 pc family pack online and was told to pick up at 4:18 i arrived at 4:45 to find about 10 other guests waiting for their online order that was supposed to be ready up to an hour ago. Everyone was highly upset the restaurant was dirty, the workers were very unprofessional, the cashiers were not trained at all if we would ask questions they would ignore us. Horrible place, last night was my first time at this place. I am the queen of Wing Stop and I have been to so many but this one I will never go again, I admit that all of them are slow and that is fine I excepted that but what I'm upset about is that the food was horrible. I order Lemon Pepper my FAVORITE and I waited to enjoy them once I got home which was later that night, I was so disappointed. The wings were hard, greasy, and had no favor. I will never go back there again. I read the reviews and saw all the bad comments but I just couldn't believe what people were saying because I had never had a bad experience until now, but this place never again will I return.
