My family and I found our way to September's Taproom & Eatery in Rialto for dinner. It was our first time there and it didn't disappoint. The food was good, the atmosphere was comfortable, but most notably the service was top notch. I believe our server's name was Christine. She was very kind, patient with all of our first timer questions, and attentive throughout the meal. An overall good first visit. September's Taproom & Eatery is located in the Renaissance Marketplace in Rialto. There is plenty of free parking shared among the businesses although this establishment has ample spots directly adjacent to the restaurant. They offer seating both inside and outside (on the patio) as well as seating around their bar area. Their menu offers several selections for multiple palettes with specials for lunch and happy hour taking place daily. We came in on a weekday for dinner and they weren't too busy. We ordered a few things. This included the: - Garlic Parmesan Onion Ring Tower - Hot Pastrami Sandwich - Western BBQ Burger with criss cut fries - Kids Grilled Chicken Everything was solid and tasted just as expected. No complaints. The Garlic Parm Onion Rings were one of the more memorable and unique items. Loved the idea of drizzling the garlic parm sauce over the onion rings. Pricing for the items was a little high, especially for the sandwich and burger my husband and I ordered. $17.50 and $14 for good handhelds, but no sides. If you want to add the sides, it was another $4 - $6. September's Taproom & Eatery is definitely a cool spot to checkout, specifically this location in Rialto. Today was the second time i got sick at this place, first time was over a year ago when i ordered the lobster roll, the lobster meat at the time tasted old and had to send it back but got sick off the one bite I took as soon as i left. Today i was still in the establishment when i started feeling sick. I ate chicken and waffles but something was off, the chicken was a little stretchy and the bacon jam wasnt it, i didnt even finish my food because i started feeling stomach pain and nausea. I had to end my evening early because i got really sick. Iv been throwing up since i left the place. I should of learned my lesson the first time. I hate to write bad reviews but i just hope nobody else gets sick. I gave it another shot today because my kids wanted a build your own pizza. Waited WAYYYY to long to tend to us, then when she finally did made ZERO eye contact, was short answered and very rude. Had a SMUCK arrogance to her. We ordered the drinks, when we got them it was wrong! We had waited to long as it is for them so I didn't even switch it out! She took even longer when it came to returning for our food orders!!!!!! Omg talk about a crappy ambiance, not to mention this restaurant is beyond hot! The tables weren't even clean, there's trash on the floor! The table raf smelled like old sewer water! When she finally came for our good order, we chose an appetizer because we were scared on how much longer it would be for an actual food order. Had dinner here tonight with one of my good friends. The place was hopping and pretty packed, but we didn't have to wait for a table. The place has a rustic Americana vibe. Lots of televisions playing sports games. They have some cute decorations up for the holidays. They play ambient music and for the most part it wasn't distracting, but at one point there was some bass bumping that kind of startled us a little bit--we even enjoyed a good laugh with the table next to us about it. I had been craving their bang bang chicken, so I went with that and a side garden salad. Also got a virgin mule, which they still served in a copper mug, so that was fun! My friend got the chicken pot pie and a side garden salad as well. We really enjoyed the food! It was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I'm sure it's the holiday rush and because they were so busy, but service was a bit lacking. The hostess wasn't super personable. We had to wait awhile for our drink orders to be taken. A manager hopped in and took our food order and cleared our plates when we were done. Our server did check in with us a couple of times. Visited during 4th of July weekend and the food did not disappoint. I was sad that I wasn't able to eat more of it. I especially enjoyed the chicken nachos and my husband loved the cheeseburger. Customer service was also great. We sat outside and didn't feel forgotten. They also turned the game on for us and catered to our children's needs. We don't go to Rialto very often, but whenever we go back I hope to visit Septembers again. read more

First time coming here and overall it was a 4/5 for me. The food was good, I orders the rosemary chicken with baked potato and side Caesar. For appetizer I tried the bang bang shrimp and it was pretty good and very good flavor!! The rosemary chicken was pretty good, but it could've been more juicy and tender. It was a little cook too hard underneath, but it was seasoned well so the food for me was a 4/5. The Caesar salad was also good. For my drink, I ordered the margarita and added the Grand Marnier it was a little sweet, but it was definitely strong. I like because they have good deals here and depending on what day it is of the week they have those daily specials and they also have happy hour daily from 3 to 6 PM which is pretty good and they have a good variety of food and drink options to choose from with affordable prices . The service is very exceptional. We had the pleasure of having Jordan as our server and she was beyond attentive. She kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything and if we were OK and if we liked our food, she had a very good personality the whole entire time and very Professional. The service is definitely a 5/5 for me. Came on a football Sunday so it was very crowded and a very good fun atmosphere that was live. I definitely had a good time watching the game and relaxing and eating. I would definitely be back to watch a game and for happy hour. It's very modern inside and they have a nice bar and they have a full bar with plenty options to choose. Plus they have a good menu that has everything you can imagine for American cuisine . After spending a day visiting our daughter we decided to get some food and try a new place. Enter September's Taproom. The vibe is full of energy people having a good time laughing and conversing. Service was hospitable and attentive. Chili was a big hit with my daughter. The Thai salad was good. Wouldn't say it was traditional but the savory peanut sauce dressing brought it all together. Went to September's just go have a drink and watch the dodger game I ended up feeling there for almost 6 hours. The bartender Michael was amazing. He made a very good spicy margarita. I don't usually do reviews, but I felt I needed to do one for this experience. Went to September's in Rialto on Friday for lunch with a couple of friends. We usually go for dinner, food and service is always good but this time our experience was exceptional. Food was really good. I had the prime rib dip sandwich and it didn't disappoint. We had a server who was the most delightful person I think I've met in a long time. Bubbly, Sweet, always smiling and more than happy to serve us. Was looking for a place to have brunch with friends and realized that September's had a pretty good selection. When we arrived it was about an hour after opening on Saturday. A young lady seated us and was attentive throughout the entire visit. We don't remember her name but she was a young Hispanic woman who was very engaging with us. She was kind enough to let me try the French Toast beer of which I ended up ordering 2 of them. The breakfast food we ordered was all delicious. My wife ordered bottomless mimosas which the server was very aware of when we needed a refill which was greatly appreciated. Knowing that a local spot here had brunch was better than say Lazy Dog. We plan on coming back for sure. I did notice as it got closer to lunch time it was getting very busy. The young lady who served us all we remember was that she was a Virgo and conversed with us about our child being bilingual. Felt like a conversation between friends which was great. First time here at this location but I had been to another September's. This is very similar with some good Happy Hour specials. Today was also Taco Tuesday so we got to try some taquitos. The service was great and I was debating between the Well Whiskey, which is Concierge, and a beer. Our waiter said it was not bad but I had never tried Concierge before. It wasn't bad but I should have just upgraded to my fav Jameson. We also had some Bang Bang Chicken, Hummus and cheese curds. All were very good but I really love my Bang Bang Chicken. The place is an open space so no separate dining room area and bar area. I think this works for September's. I love the daily options for Happy Hour. read more

The service in here was outstanding I wish we were closer to the area to come back, just for that alone. Never in my life have I had such a kind staff that genuinely seemed to care and be happy to see you in the restaurant. I had the Italian hero sandwich, it was very flavorful and big enough for two people to share. The interior is comfortable and even though it's an open concept it also feels semi private at your table. I stopped by since I was in the area waiting for a movie it's conveniently close to the theater. My first visit here wasn't great, but I believe in giving places a second chance. Sometimes an off day is just that not the norm. So, I come back on a Saturday, and this time there's no wait. Awesome. We get seated, and there's a live band setting up. That's a nice touch who doesn't enjoy live music while dining? I order a beer, my family gets some drinks too, and I throw in an order of fries. Then the music starts. At first, I'm thinking, "Nice vibe!" But it quickly turns into a full-on club scene. The band was talented, no complaints there. But the volume? Insane. I used to live in New Orleans I'm no stranger to loud music at bars and restaurants. But this? This was next-level loud. I've been to Vegas clubs that were quieter. The restaurant is small, so blasting the music that loud makes zero sense. You literally cannot talk to the person next to you. It's not a concert, it's not a nightclub it's a restaurant. You should be able to have a conversation without shouting. Let me pause to say: the staff was great. Friendly, attentive, no complaints at all. And again, the music itself was good. Just turn it down. There's no need for the speakers to be that intense in such a tiny space. Now, why the one star? Well, aside from the ear-splitting music, the food was the final straw. I ordered fries, and when they came out wow. I took a picture because I couldn't believe it. They were absolutely drenched in salt. Not just over-seasoned completely inedible. I genuinely tried to eat them, but they were just too salty to enjoy. Bottom line: great staff, good music, but the volume and food quality completely ruined the experience. I wanted to like this place, but it just didn't deliver. Food 0/10 staff 8/10 ambiance -10/10. read more

So I've been to multiple locations. First time here in Rialto. You can for sure tell they are still getting their rhythm down. The service was okay, nothing special. We waited a while to get certain things , I just said "forget it" . As much as the waitress did try and was nice, it was like pulling teeth. The burger was was meh. Fries were overrrrr seasoned. Went a few months ago on a first date, had never been I asked the waitress what does she recommend as I'd never been there no enthusiasm From her and she replied with "I don't know what you like so .. whatever you like" my date and I looked at each other like what ? Ok then she named 2 different things off the appetizer section and then said I'll give you a Minute walked off. At one point I went to the restroom right after I walked in the stall A MAN walked in and was going in and out of the stalls when he got to mine he pushed the door I pushed back and said someone's in here he PROCEEDED to KEEP pushing I screamed and said someone's in here get out!!! He said nothing and left. Right after a few little girls came in the bathroom I'm glad it didn't happen to them I told the waitress ( older gal, as our waitress wasn't waiting our table anymore) She told the "manager" who said "sorry"many times checked the camera, knew who it was never had that individual say sorry! But the manger said " I feel like this is a big deal " he also assured me that he was there just to clean the restrooms. Why not block the restroom off better, why didn't dude announce himself or double make sure that no one was in there, but then he proceeded to try to barge in the bathroom after I already announced I was in there?? I Was SHOCKED at his unprofessionalism he himself being a young man obviously was not prepared for this I WAS NOT Prepared for this !! can I get it? What else can you say but sorry but that not having the person who actually did it come say sorry was pretty crappy. I was honestly at a loss for what to do next. And while he the manager was eating in the corner the jerk who barged in the bathroom and he were talking shit!!
