Worst wing stop I've been to in my life, ordered online went to pick up my food just to find out they gave my food away. When I arrived the line was out the door, people were upset because they were wait for over 1 1/2 hours for their orders. People were calling and couldn't get through. Called to speak with the General Manager who was to much of a "coward" to get on the phone and speak to a customer. Poor service, store lacks leadership. Don't waste your hard earned money here at this place. I got a to-go order and I didn't get my drinks. I called to let them tho and the first thing she said was "yeah you didn't get your drinks, you were in a rush". Normally I would think "yeah, maybe" but today is my day off and I was chillin. Then I told her I didn't see any drinks anywhere near the food or else I would have grabbed them. Then she said "they were by the phone". I have no clue where their phone is but when she went over my order she didn't mention the drinks. This all could have been avoided if I remembered the drinks but I know for a fact they weren't anywhere near my food on the counter. They thought I called for my drinks but I called to mention I didn't get them. She was kind of rude. So I talk to the manager and he did not care and was not listening. He said to come in for your drinks and didn't listen to what I was saying. So I repeated why I talked to him and all he said was okay. Five stars because the wings are amazing and -2 for Myra's terrible attitude. I came in so excited to eat wingstop because it's my favorite place and she had the worst attitude I've ever experienced at this location. I walked up to the counter and she got on the phone while looking me in my eyes without saying "one second" or "I'll be right with you" or anything. Then I started telling her my order and the phone rang so she just picked it up and started talking while I was talking. No "hold on" or "one second", nothing ! Next, while I'm telling her my order she keeps cutting me off! She must have said "That it" about four times during my order. She didn't smile and the entire time I've been here she's had an attitude. If she hates being here so much or doesn't know customer service they should put her in the back. Look, its really unfortunate that i have to say this about a restaurant that I truly love, but I have to do it because hopefully maybe what I say can help fix the problem. First off when you get there the first thing they tell you is that there is a 40 minute wait, that isn't cool they need to at least tell you hi, welcome to Wing Stop, or something like that. I get it, its a new place, but honestly thats no excuse what so ever, look at chipotle, they are just a few weeks older and yet they are getting shit done and have happy customers. Not a room full of pissed off people. Forget about sitting down and having a nice meal there haha, thats cute... But seriously, my excitement was through the roof when i heard a wing stop was going to be by my house, unfortunately its been a horrible experience, not once, but more than 3 times, (i love wings).. I hope that something can be done soon, or else this place is going to crash and burn. First time here and it will be my last time. I ordered a 6 classic wings combo, 3 Garlic Parmesan and 3 BBQ with potato salad. It took about 20 minutes. When my name was called I received the wings and they looked like wings from a baby chicken super tiny. The Garlic Parmesan wings were super greasy and the bbq ones were just drowning in sauce since the wings were so small. This will be the last time I go to this place. I would rather make the drive to buffalo wild wings. read more

WORST PLACE!!!! I was an online order when it came to the time they gave to be ready they call me at the time my order was suppose to be picked up to tell me they only had boneless I was okay and said yes I'll still take my order . Online ordering is unavailable for this location so I decided to call it in as I read these HORRENDOUS reviews. The person answering the phones mumbled something I couldn't understand and has put me on hold for 21 minutes now. Even though they are located less than 5 minutes from my house, the only thing keeping me from driving there is their previous reviews from customers saying they waited and were successful ordering their food over the phone and are typing from their phones saying they have still been standing around waiting to receive their food for 45 min plus. I guess I will be eating something else tonight and will never have the opportunity to purchase anything from this location per the majority of these reviews :( Seems as though I'll be keep driving a much longer distance to another location like I have been doing. read more

The restaurant itself is good. The workers will tell you of there's a wait. If you order it right and not mess them up you will get your order right... Try to avoid ordering online. The only thing that makes it hard is the people complaining.. If you complain you get them frustrated and you stop them from working and causes a chain reaction. 5 stars on my part. read more

Came in and was greeted as soon as I stepped foot in the door, it was cleaner than I thought, since I had read the reviews. The cashier by the name of nayley was very courteous and very friendly. She was very patient in explaining the menu and flavors. The floor was a bIt wet so I had to watch my step. Received my order super fast and cashier made sure my order was accurate, the only problem I had was with the fries, she then proceeded to immediately exchange them for hot fresh delicious fries. This Wing Stop is the worst one I've ever been to. When I got there is was crazy packed with people to begin with. After I ordered, they told me my food would be ready in about 40 min. And hour and a half past by before getting my food! Only to discover that my wings were cold and fries very greasy. Food is good... But that is at all wings stops. THIS one deserves one star. I am not rating it low because of waits being long. I understand that there is only so much capacity a store can churn out at a time. However, this store is not doing itself any favors. The lack of accuracy in predicting wait times is embarrassing. They should know how to run their business better than what I am witnessing here. They are telling people it will be about a 25 minute wait, and customers are getting frustrated ( rightly so) cause average wait time is over an hour! Also, about one third of all orders coming out are wrong in some capacity which is not helping their cause in getting customers their food in a timely manner. I will give the manager credit for dealing with all of the complaints in a professional manner and not losing her cool. Dear this wings stop location... Please just treat us like adults and tell us the wait will be over an hour before we order. We will either choose to wait or leave. This location is always dirty and has a long line. The front staff is generally nice and professional but the girl in the back with the hickies all over her neck was rude. For several minutes I stood to get a top for my drink, she saw me and did not acknowledge me. I had to get another employee to get her attention. I hope she's not the supervisor because she was chastising other employees in front of customers when she was the worst employee there. Customers with phone orders kept coming in complaining their food was not ready and waits over a hour. Looking at all these reviews it's obvious this location has a lot of issues, but because of limited food places in the area people still come here. It would be nice to for once walk in the place and the see clean floors and tables and be staffed with a team who looks happy to be here.
