I was on my way home from work and decided I wanted some wings for dinner. There was a special going on and a new flavor, so I stopped by since this location was on the way home. This Wing Stop is small - small space inside and a small parking lot shared with other shops. Since many of the shops are closed, there were plenty of parking. Inside, the restaurant was clean and someone greeted me right as I entered. There was one other customer before me, someone called to make an order while I was there and another customer came as I was leaving. Overall, it doesn't seem to get as busy as some other Wing Stop locations. It took a few minutes for the crew member to find my order - I guess they were finishing it up? The crew member was pleasant when he handed me my order and I left. When I got home, the food was still warm. I always ask for extra seasoning and well done on the fries as there is never enough seasoning. This time, I tried the Mexican Street Spice and got my favorites - mango habanero and lemon pepper. The chicken wings/drums were good sized and cooked well. However, there were hardly enough seasoning on anything - not the fries and not the wings. I also don't know if they didn't toss the chicken around enough times or what - nothing had any flavor other than the little on the outside. I picked up a 6-piece serving of chicken wings with fries. The French fries were lukewarm, and when I got home and took them out of the bag, it appeared that I got the end of the fry basket with a bunch of little pieces of fries. Also, the chicken wings are usually crisp at other locations but the skin on these were not cooked all the way through, so it made for some gooey skin which I had to remove. We've been really excited to try out this new Wingstop! It's really close and much more convenient than the Bascom/Camden one. We got the Garlic Parmesan and the Louisiana Rub. The chicken on both were cooked well but I was so disappointed in the garlic Parmesan. There was no Parmesan or garlic flavor to be seen. They super skimped on the toppings. The LR one on the other hand was good and had some heat and flavor. The service was good and prompt. The building is brand new, so it's nice inside. My husband has been eyeing this Wingstop so we wanted to give it a try. We went on Saturday during the NFL conference game so I figured it would be busy, and it was. I placed my order online and it said it would take 16 to 21 minutes. We got there in 15 minutes. There were lots of people inside the small place. I checked in with one person and they just said it wasn't ready yet. After about seven or eight minutes, I checked with the other person running the register, paid for my order and he said it would be another 10 minutes. It was more than 15 minutes before I got my order, which was sitting on the rack behind the registers. They offered a free drink for having to wait on my order. They were not monitoring the orders as they were coming out of the kitchen. They have two registers, but they were only using one on that Saturday afternoon. The wings themselves were OK. We ordered the Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub 10 pack. Just as one of the other reviewers indicated, the Garlic Parmesan didn't have much seasoning. I could see it was probably a seasoning that they would sprinkle on, but they didn't sprinkle it evenly. One wing was seasoned nicely but the rest were not. Today, I placed an online order at the Wing-stop in Winchester avenue in San Jose, and while I was waiting for the order I felt thirsty and ask the manager for a cup to get some water and she said no, then I said was waiting for my order which was $37 dollars, and she again said, we don't give cups to customers to get water, then I requested my order to be cancelled, I couldn't believe that I was denied a cup for water and on top of it she was told her coworker we don't give cups for water because they take soda, so I was called thief. So when I requested the order to be canceled she asked someone give him the cup for water and I said no, I don't want it. I went to the location in Prospect avenue order and asked for a cup for water since honestly I was really thirsty, and with a mile on her face she said yes, grabbed a plastic cup and gave it to me. Well, I went in ordered wings for for lunch and they said your food will be out in a few minutes there were no one inside besides one person that ordered before me so I thought I would get my food right after him but no three DoorDash people come in and get food before me but seriously I don't know how long the other guy was waiting because he got his food when the second DoorDash got his food, and even employee went on lunch that within 10 minutes I was there and he came out with his food and then he clocked out for lunch and I went up when it was at least 20 to 25 minutes I was waiting for just 10 wings that I ordered and then they came to me and the lady who was a cashier came and gave me my food.
