THIS PLACE GETS 5 BIG BOOMS!! My friends and I went over to Santana Row to shop and we noticed that we were really hungry. We suddenly remembered hearing about a Korean fried chicken spot that was somewhere in the area so we walked around until we found it. We were seated right away and decided to order their Army Stew and Soy Chili Garlic Wings! The Army Stew was so good and flavorful! They gave us two whole packs of noodles and unlimited broth! The stew came with so many items inside it such as large dumplings, kimchi, sausage pieces, and much more! The Soy Chili Garlic Wings were also so good and came with fries! However, I do wish the wings were a little more crunchy. We were seated right away and got our food in about 10 minutes so not too long at all! My friends and I were also greeted by the owner of the restaurant! He kept making sure we were doing good and is a super nice guy. Since we were all 21 he gave us a drink on the house! He definitely made our dining experience great and we definitely hope to run into him again the next time we come to this spot. The place is very clean and modern. You can order on an iPad which makes things easy. The bathrooms were also super clean as well! I will for sure come back to grab food here!

Left Wing is a surprising find here in Santana Row. The BBQ Beef Bowl I got was great, don't forget to order it sizzling, where it comes out on a hot plate, fried egg on top and a whole lot of goodness! We also ordered the chicken wings with original recipe but all the sauces on the side, it made it easy to sample the different flavors without having to commit to one. The service really stood out to me here, they took great care of us and made suggestions if needed. The part of the ambiance we enjoyed the most was the outdoor patio section so we could bring our dog along.

Juicy, crispy wings and drums! I highly recommend getting the kalbi, so tender. The bibimbap was okay. I visited twice so far and both around 11 am to noon. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You can find parking in any of the multiple parking garages at Santana Row. Service was inconsistent across the two times I ate here. During the first time, the server put the finishing touches to our kalbi and gave us gloves and wet wipes for our wings. She was not as attentive with water or our bill. During the second time we came here, we had a different server and we had to ask for a menu to order. He gave us a tablet and I didn't realize until after we ordered that the kalbi was on the menu on the wall but not available to order on the tablet. He was attentive with our water and bill but just gave us the bibimbap to mix ourselves. Perhaps that depends on the restaurant, more often than not, the server would bring the bibimbap and mix it for us at the table. I love coming to Santana Row and it's great to have a Korean fried chicken place here!

Food Kimchi Arancini - $14 Fried with a crispy breading, piping hot, and had a subtle Kimchi fried rice filling with cheddar cheese mornay sauce, and parmesan. It wasn't spicy at all and if you like cheese sauce, this is a good appetizer to order. Half & Half - Honey Soy Garlic, Soy Chili Garlic - $36 Served with pickle radish and French fries The Honey Soy Garlic wings were so good! It had a nice coating and wasn't too thick. The glaze had a nice sweet and savory taste. The Soy Chili Garlic was a bit too salty to my liking and would pass on this. The French fries were crispy and a good portion to accompany to wings. Kalbijjim (with cheese) - $35 It was served with authentic braised short ribs, radish, carrot, and mushrooms. The cheese was flame torched by the employee. The short ribs were tender chunks, the sauce was rich, slightly sweet and spicy. It was accompanied with rice. The dish can easily be shared among 2-3 people. Customer Service The servers were very friendly, accommodating, attentive, and checked-in throughout the dining experience. Ambiance/Location There's both indoor and outdoor seating options. It was very casual with stool-like seats and a covered patio. It is located next door to Mendocino Farms and there's two under garage parking options within walking distance.

First time trying left wing. My friends and I went on a Saturday afternoon. There was a bit of a wait as the restaurant is limited on seating. We ordered the wings with fries and they were really good. They offer gloves and plenty of napkins. Definitely a competitive Korean wing place in San Jose. There is a clean restroom inside. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Parking is limited to the local garages.

Being located in Santana Row is great for business, with steady foot traffic throughout the week. The outdoor seating is always something I notice when passing by, and this place typically operates at about 80% capacity after 4 PM. My wife and I decided on the Soy Chili Garlic Fried Chicken and the Bulgogi Bowl. I was craving something crunchy, and she wanted something with rice and beef. The atmosphere was elevated by some fantastic Korean music playing in the background, so much so that I added a few tracks to my Spotify playlist to check out later. The waitstaff greeted us warmly and offered several pre-cleaned tables, but we preferred the counter seating along the wall since we didn't need a full table. The waiter quickly wiped down the counter for us and even asked if he missed a spot, which my wife found incredibly thoughtful. If you're into Korean fried chicken, this spot won't disappoint. While I'm a big BonChon fan, I'd say this place doesn't quite reach the heights of Von's Chicken, BBQ Chicken at Apple Park, or Modak Chicken--but it's a solid option for a quick bite in the area. It may have a smaller footprint, but the breaded texture of their chicken is on point--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and never dry or overcooked. The flavor options are limited but straightforward, which makes choosing easy. One thing that caught us off guard was when we ordered a drink halfway through our meal. We wanted to take it to go, but it came in a bottle that you could easily get from a vending machine for much cheaper. We initially wanted to try the peach drink but ended up settling for a lemon one instead. As for parking, there's plenty around the restaurant, though I'd recommend parking near the Century Theater's underground lot. You'll probably have to navigate through some foot traffic to reach the entrance. Overall, I'd like to come back and try something different next time. Our visit was spontaneous, but there's definitely more on the menu we're curious about.

Not busy on a Wednesday evening. All of the employees were very welcoming and friendly! Indoor and outdoor seating both available. My friend and I shared the half & half (honey butter garlic and sweet & spicy) and it also came with pickled radish and fries. It came out in ~15-20 mins. Fries were ok, not too consistent. Some were soggy, some were crispier, some had flavor, some were too bland. The fried chicken was pretty good. I came excited to try the honey butter garlic but we ended up liking the sweet & spicy a lot better. Honey butter garlic was kind of heavy and had an interesting aftertaste. Overall it was a pretty decent experience.

We visited this place on Friday night and there was no wait time. We ordered Soy chilli fried chicken, Sweet & Spicy fried chicken wings, kimchi chilli fries, bbq chicken bowl, mango soju pitcher & tofu bibimbap. Everything we ordered was served piping hot and we loved all the dishes. The service was also very quick. Only thing i felt could have been better was that soy chilli sauce and sweet & spicy tasted very similar so they can try to make both the flavour a bit distinct a bit spicy would be better. Overall, it's a nice place to hang out with friends or family.

Ordered some chicken wings off doordash and it was delivered pretty quickly, so the service is fast for sure. I only ordered some chicken but they threw in some French fries which was nice of them. The two flavors I got was the original fried chicken and sweet and spicy sauce. The chicken isn't as flavorful as some other Korean fried chicken spots but the sauce makes up for it. I've been in person and the outdoor seating area is nice and allows for pets, so it's dog friendly. They have a bunch of other Korean dishes that I will have to try next time!

Whatever you see on the menu on their website, is definitely not the menu they give you. We came on a Saturday night at around 6:30pm and were seated immediately. The restaurant is a little small but I don't think any groups that I saw waited more than 10ish minutes for a seat. Their menu now says that they're a korean fusion place. We got honey butter fried chicken, truffle fries and some beer. What they don't tell you is that the chicken already comes with fries on it. Service was nonexistent. We had to ask for water, plates and utensils. No one came to check up on us once. Now the chicken. The chicken had a nice fry and was super crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, but the flavor... was definitely not honey butter. It wasn't a bad flavor but i was expecting honey butter like Von's. This was more of a soy garlic taste with a tinge of honey butter powder on the fries. The truffle fries were like soggy mcdonald's fries with a truffle smell. Overall i would give their chicken a 3.5/5 because it was good, but if it was to be compared to a honey butter chicken, it's a 1/5. Bummer they don't allow you to mix and match flavors like other places. I thought the prices were pretty on par with other KFC places around here, maybe a tiny bit more. Overall, i wouldn't say this place tops my KFC list. 3.5 but rounded down to 3 for lack of service.

Really good korean chicken located in santana row. Very affordable and has a wide selection of seasoning flavors to customize your chicken.

The menu options are limited and focus mainly on fried chicken. I ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich to go and it comes with fries and a soda. The fried chicken was really crispy and juicy. It's spicy but there's coleslaw in the sandwich to balance the flavor. The fries were crunchy and fresh when I got it. There are indoor and outdoor seating and seems like a nice hangout place. The staff was also friendly and fast.

Had a great time eating here Friday night!! The inside of the restaurant isn't the biggest but they have lots of great decor and nice outdoor seating as well. We ordered the chicken wings and tteokbokki appetizer. It was a good amount of food at a really good price! I thought the appetizer was great! It was just spicy enough and I liked that tempura and fish cakes were included making the dish super flavorful. We ordered the soy chili garlic flavor chicken wings and I absolutely loved it! The outside was crispy and flavorful and the inside was perfect- not too dry (which is my pet peeve in chicken wings). There were 12 wings total which I felt like was a pretty decent amount. Overall, I had a great time eating here and would definitely recommend it to anyone walking around Santana Row!

I'm glad I did and was definitely delighted by the experience. Hot Stone Bibimbap 5/5: There was a review on Yelp saying that there was no crunchy rice at the bottom and that it was bland. As a fellow Korean, let me give you some advice. Wait a few minutes and let the rice cook more because the stone bowl is still hot. lift up the bottom until you see crunchy bits and then you could start mixing. Excellent mix of seasoned vegetables and rice. They give you the gochujang bottle sauce on the side. you can adjust it to your level. Soon Tofu Soup 5/5. I've had a lot of tofu soup of what I like about this one is that it had a good balance of tofu, kimchi was not super sour like some restaurants and they give you an egg on the side. Very clean finish. Banchan 5/5: The highlight for me was the banchan. I went with a very picky eater friend and she really loved the kimchi ,the cucumber kimchi ,the fish cakes, japchae. They put a lot of effort into making the banchan - which I recognize right away. They also fill up if you run out and the dishes are larger than normal restaurants. Amazing. You read my mind. Interior 4/5: It is a smaller, more intimate seating.( about 25-30 people) . It still has the vibes of of a Korean eatery with K-pop music playing on the TV screen, wooden benches and chairs. You'll have to wait a bit if you go during peak hours and parking is a bit difficult. I suggest going within the first hour they open up when there's less crowds.

We made a reservation ahead of time so we got to sit down without waiting. Our waitress was very kind and food came after ordering within reasonable waiting time. We ordered two tofu bowl dishes, honey rice drink, yellow plum wine and spicy oxtail. The tofu bowl is much smaller than other restaurants. The meal came with 10 small banchan dishes for each person, all delicious. My mix tofu bowl had a piece of real snow crab in it which explains why it cost $29. The oxtail was my favorite. It wasn't very spicy and was very soft and tasty. The honey rice drink and yellow plum wine were both good. The ambience was noisy, we had to speak louder so we could hear each other. My daughter paid for the bill and I got up to go to the restroom. The bathroom was small. There are two stalls in the bathroom so there was only limited space for more than one people to stand and wash their hands in the sink. When I finished using the toilet and was about to wash my hands and to floss my teeth, the door to the other stall opened and a Korean lady and her two young daughters came out. Since I was still searching in my purse for the floss, I let one of the little girl to wash her hands first. In the meantime time the bathroom door opened and it was the waitress who served at our table. So at this time, there were five people standing together in this very tight space. Since our waitress was so nice serving us, I moved myself into the tight space between the sink and the stall so she could open the door to the stall and use the toilet. Then I heard a loud noise, 'Can you move and give my daughter more space?' I turned my face around and saw this Korean lady was waving her hand towards me while her other daughter was playing with the water in the sink. I felt so intimididated and told her that I was making room so the waitress could get inside the stall. Sensing the unfriendly attitude from the Korean lady, I snuggled away from the sink where her daughter stood. Then the Korean lady sent both her daughters away and went in to use the bathroom. I quickly washed my hands, flossed and left. I did not want to argue with her because how you can one talk sense with a rude person? What will you do if you were me? This episode spoiled the whole evening!
