This place was a bit deceiving. When I first arrived the parking lot was full but when I went inside there was hardly anyone there. One person waiting for takeout and one person ordering at the counter. Then I saw all the bags on the carryout station. They must do a lot of business, just not eat-in. I ordered the 15 piece original, which wasn't exactly what I wanted but this place does not make Buffalo wings. I can't fault them for that because it's not on their menu. Still, the original were good, just not the same flavor as I'm used to. The only complaint I have on the wings were that they were slightly overcooked. Not bad, but a little. The place has quite a few people working there, but they're not especially friendly or outgoing to the customers. I get it -- they're very busy making wings, so they don't take the time to be more polite to the customers, but that costs them one star. That doesn't make them a bad restaurant, it just means they have room for improvement. The food was good and it filled me up so I can get back to my homework, so I think a four star review is about right. I'll definitely come back again. read more

So it's been 3 years, and I attempted to give this location another try. They've been open for multiple years so surely they've gotten it together by now... Not at all. So I went to order lunch on a Sunday afternoon around 12:30 using their website. Well, this location has no online ordering. Side note, I should have stopped there. But I go ahead and call them instead to do a phone order. I call three times before someone picks up. Eventually, I'm able to talk to someone, and I tell her I want to place a carry out order. She says they're not ready yet, and to call back in 20 minutes. So, I'm thinking maybe they're not ready for phone orders. I ask can I come in and place and an order. She says no, they're not taking orders at all yet. It's 12:30 PM. They opened at 11:00 AM. I seriously don't understand how this location stays in business. Wingstop has definitely gotten me through this quarantine. They offer take out and delivery, and they are open late. They seem to be busier than normal these days so the consistency in their service and quality may be off on some days. This is why I gave them 3 stars. Some days its excellent, other days it could be better. They offer a variety of flavors, my favorites are Spicy Korean, Lemon Pepper, Buffalo, and Garlic Parmesan. Their homemade ranch dressing is very good. The wings wont be the same without it. The cajun fries are also very good, as well as, the cajun corn. I haven't tried any other sides. These are my go-tos. The only thing that needs improvement is the consistency. Sometimes you get the end of the batch of fries that are dry and short. Sometimes they forget to include items in your order so double check your order before you leave. At times the wings are overcooked and brittle, this is the absolute worst. Overall, I have had more good experiences than bad. But, I do wish it were more consistent because those Spicy Korean wings got me coming back. I'm hooked! read more

Horrible to say the least. I've been here on multiple occasions. (3x) I gave it a few months to probably get a new batch of workers and possibly upgrade the customer service but the outcome is still the same. I'm absolutely done with this location. Funny I go to other locations and the experience is always different. (Way helpful and friendlier). First off this place is ALWAYS JUMPING and the pick up time is never correct. (Always add 15-25 mins to the time told) Once a place first open up I give 2 perhaps 3 tries to work out the kinks before making my final decision. I only come here because it's very close to a family members house. The first & 2nd time the timing for pick up was wayyyy off! Actually it was 20-30 mins later than told and had to ask for the extra sauces I paid for. Smh Wings were great though (Louisiana rub) so we hung in there. lol Anywho, jumping to the 3rd occasion I went inside to place the order. I ordered all flats and was told at 9 o'clock that they can't do specialty orders because they are to busy...... um okayyy wtf.! Although I'm not new to the Wingstop franchise, this was my first visit to the new location. At one point, there was a Wingstop near the area about 25 years ago, but things change. At first glance, the tables appear that they offer table service. Sorry to disappoint, they do not. You order, you pick it up, you take it to your table and enjoy. The food was great but I had to make several trips to keep getting up for extra napkins...er' um' paper towels I mean. Only one roll of paper towels for all to enjoy...eh' it could be worse. The food order was correct and it tasted great. The area was neat and tidy, to include the restrooms. Funny...considering there were no trash receptacles visible. Boy, I sure hope they start using gloves...your naked fingers dropping my raw, naked wings into the fryer is against code...right? The fries were crispy for the first time and I eat Wingstop quite often. They are always fresh/hot but mostly soggy but not this time. The wings weren't fried dry/hard this time. In the past they've given hard/dried out wings because they get lots of requests for them to be cooked that way but that's not my style. In the past I'm used to ordering wings from the Wingstop in Sunrise, FL. I should've continued. Last week Wed., I visited family and the closest location was in Tamarac, I regretted it. I placed an online order for 50 multiple flavored wings, 2 large fries and rolls around 6PM for pickup at 7:30PM, they must have made the food immediately and had it sitting there for the entire time. After returning home we determined that not only was the food cold, but the fries were not edible. The fries appeared to be the remaining scraps of potatoes leftover, overcooked (or recooked), saturated in oil and tasted awful. I immediately called them and an unprofessional, female placed me on hold (as if they were busy) I obliged until after 10 mins of holding, I hung up then called again and again and again. My calls went unanswered and no one from the Tamarac Wingstop returned my call. Not only was I out the almost $70 I spent, but the deplorable customer service took the experience to a new low. In this time and economic climate every single restaurant/business must step up their customer satisfaction and the types of foods/products they produce. I ended up emailing them via Contact Us, disputing the charge with my cc company and vowing that they will not get me twice! Once it said order completed on the app, I left to go receive my order. The employee told me it would be 18 minutes when I arrived. She also over talked me when I tried to confirm that it would be about 20 minutes and kept giving me disclaimers that she wanted to explain that they were backed up because people would catch attitudes.. that had nothing to do with me, I just wanted to know how long. I go sit in my car for exactly 20 minutes and I go back inside, there are about 12-15 people waiting inside for their orders. She calls a few customers orders so I go up and ask for mine, she says it's not ready yet so I continue to wait and wait. There were customers speaking amongst each other about when they ordered and how long they had been standing there. Time continues going by and people are still rolling in and the cashier continues telling everyone who comes in that it'll be 18 minutes. If you tell everyone the truth like every other restaurant, your customers wouldn't be mad if you told them the actual wait times. And every time you mentioned wanting a refund, they'd give you and excuse saying they would have to get a manager or that your order was next in line to be bagged.
