I worked in the service industry and to be treated like an animal through a glass that you didn't even have the respect to open that door and tell me what going on with my order is unacceptable. I don't give a rats ass if it 8:01 if my order reached you before you closed and you charge my card I want my food. Shut down your website if you are closing at 8pm! I went back to this wing stop recently with a friend and I have to say they have made some changes. The crew was professional. The place was very clean and the order came out fast. The young lady at the register greeted everyone and the there were some young men in the back that were handling order and communicating with customers professionally for pick up. Food was hot and packed well. Kudos to whoever is managing this location. Changes have been noted and are appreciated. Would definitely recommend this spot now. read more

Most convenient place to get wings in Tamarac, great selection of flavors to choose from. Occasionally there are special seasonal flavors that are pretty good. Weekdays are usually not busy, weekends can get a little hectic for dinner at least. I personally usually order take out from the mobile app and go into the restaurant to the pick up window. My only real complaint would be they seem understaffed on the weekends during the rush. read more

I have been going to this wingstop since they have been opened as it's the only one in the area. Over time the employees attitudes have become so nasty. I ordered food from there this week, in which was a large order and the girl at register had such a nasty attitude. There was a customer who came in hearing me tell her that they all have such nasty attitudes and confirmed it to be true as well. This young lady isn't good for the business as I spoke to two other people who had been to the store within the same week and had the same experience with her. I know Wingstop has a bad reputation and I know that you have to wait for your food sometime when you get there so imagine my surprise when I try to plan ahead and order my food online at 5:45 then walking in to the restaurant at 6:15 and then to proceed to be told my food will be ready in three minutes. But the time I end up walking out of the store. 07:12, and my food was still cold when I received it in my hands. I should've known better. Does not handle walk-in's well. I walked in then waited for a full half hour while dozens of people who called in walked in and picked up their orders. So CALL IN! I ordered the garlic Parmesan and Korean BBQ bone-in wings. I've had better Garlic Parmesan at Buffalo Wild Wings. These were dry. However I really liked the Korean BBQ. It took this Wingstop a long time to open, but it was really worth the wait! The site is all new, with windows that allow you to look directly into the kitchen, where your food is being prepared. The wings and fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The two young ladies that were running the store were patient, kind and very efficient! After we enjoyed our meal, it was nice to know that they clean up behind you. The only issue that I had was that people were taking their trash to the window where you pick up your food. This place is to new to be fucking up orders. I ordered online and was there to pick up my food like 5 mins after the pick up time. The cashier says 'your order just came up.' I'm handed my food and ask for extra fries season just in case they didn't add extra, which I requested at ordering. Then I ask her for my cup for my drink. She totally forgot as she went to take another order. The place wasn't busy. I get home (I live about 2 to 5 mins away) and my fries and chicken are cold, no surprise there was NO extra fried season on the fries, it actually looked like it was light seasoning on it. Them the horror they forgot my damn ranch dip. How the heck do you forget the dip makes no sense. Same food, same taste different location. One star is too good for this place. Was at the establishment on 11/25. First The young man taking the order, needs to learn how to listen. Order was not correct took three times and still wasn't correct. I waited about an hour and then they took my receipt and gave me my order again it was wrong. This place has not improved at all. Management is sadly lacking and when you walk in it is like you are there to serve them not the other way around and the drink found is the dirtiest mess I have ever witnessed. We love wing stop and were super excited when one opened just a couple miles from us. We order wings from there all the time but no more. We first tried online to order some wings but the website wouldn't work. No problem we called. The first call my wife was left on hold for over 5 minutes and then they simply hung up on her. We understand it's a Saturday and busy time but you should at least be able to answer the phone. We called again and waited again for 5 minutes. When they finally picked up they asked if we would hold. We told them that we were just on hold them got hung up on. The employee then put the phone down and proceeded while we were on the line and could hear to talk poorly about us. All we wanted was a little customer service and some wings. Needless to say we won't be going back here. If your customer service is that bad and your employees are that rude it's not worth it. There are plenty of other wing spots in our area. I'm shocked to see this place only has 2 1/2 stars. Every time I come here, it is really packed and I NEVER wait over 25 minutes for my food. They always get my order correct and food is always fresh and packed with flavor. Although when I come in it's always a different staff, sometimes they're frustrated but it's always busy so I understand.
