6-13-24 The worst part of moving out of Florida is leaving behind my husband's beloved Winn Dixie nearby. Now in South Carolina where we live there is none. No worries I go to visit a friend in Alabama and what does she have nearby but a new Winn Dixie store. It is immaculate inside and the customer service is second to none. Once inside I bee line over to the Chek brand tonic water. After I get in my shopping cart all that is on the shelf I ask a sales associate in Seafood to check in the stock room for me. She did and I got whatever is left. After check out I even had assistance getting it into my car. Where do you find service like this on planet earth?! Thank you for everything. I love Winn Dixie period. One of the best grocery store chains in the U.S. always great customer service and great deals. I base what I'm cooking for dinner on the deals that they have, if it's not on sale I won't be buying ‍. I decided to cook Chili yesterday because I had been feening for it for quite a while and this weekend was the perfect time due to the weather being cold and rainy. Who wouldn't love some chili and cornbread. Luckily everything I needed to buy was on sale so it all worked out in my favor. I will continue to shop at any Winn Dixie location, it is definitely my favorite grocery store. read more

This Winn Dixie is to expensive it was 5.99 just for some macaroni and I don't think that's right.

The SE store brand organic honey taste like burnt rubber. Don't know why they put awful honey on their shelf and it tastes so bad yuck!

Cheaper than Publix but more pricey than Walmart. I like coming to this store, they carry a lot of the nicer brands that Walmart doesn't carry. They also have an app to clip coupons and earn rewards. The staff is friendly. read more

I one gripe about this store.There is a security guard that literally opens the door for you upon arrival.Sounds nice,right? It's nice if you like being rushed. I have shopped at this store for years.My last two times the security guard tells me exactly how much time I have before the store closes. I happen to find it extremely rude. Its been so long since I've been to one of these stores, and nothing has changed. Its located in a very busy area so traffic at times can be a bit difficult to get in and out of the area. Other then that, they have everything you really need, and the staff is friendly. read more

Winn Dixie on Vaughn Road is a nice grocery store. The attendants are friendly and the store is clean. The produce is always fresh. The prices are a little more than what you would expect at Walmart, but they are lower then Publix. read more

Good products at a fair price. They have good sales on Sundays. Their produce is better than most. The ten lb bags of potatoes has decent size potato in it. Usually businesses like Wall-Mart will put small grade potatoes in their 5 and 10 lb bags unless you go to Sams where as Win Dixie will put a 60 to 80 count in their bags. This is greatly appreciated when it is time to peal those potatoes. Their rotisserie chicken is the best. Their meat department has some good deal i.e. buy one get one deals from time to time. Look for great deals on Sundays and check your paper for coupons on deals that are already on sale. Somethings you can get almost for free. The customer service is outstanding and you can tell they hire good hard working freely people who greet the customer. They are always working and if they are idle, then they are working to make the shopping experience better by bringing buggies in, restocking, cleaning, etc.. Check out does not seem to be as much of a problem here as it as you know where Wall-Mart. I don't dislike or hate Wall-Mart and I shop their a good bit. The area I see a need for improvement is at the Customer Service Desk. I left so disappointed the other day when I really needed a Money Order. I shop at Win Dixie all the time. This is one area of the store that must be improved and I hope it is improved. You got to have someone their at all times who knows what they are doing. Also, I don't purchase tobacco products but I think that needs to be done in a special lane and not at the customer service desk. Customer Service desk really needs to be reserved for Money Grams, Purchase Orders, Assisting customers with complaints and dissatisfaction, aiding cashiers, and being a lesion between management, department heads, and shipping and receiving notifications. I think it would be helpful to have a western union kiosk and money gram kiosk in order to the work load off customer service worker. That wine does not sell. Instead of having so much wine push local grown and fresh produce. Like watermelons and cantaloupes from south Ga. Peaches from GA, AL, and South Carolina. Why can't we have a true farmers market feel and experience at a great deal. What you have now on certain items is good. I know the profit margin would not be that great but you would sell more on other items in the store. Please bring me in their and let me help you with that part of the store or at least my Dad he know more than me. Wall-Mart tries this technique but ends up just abusing growers and farmers. If it does not sell at wall mart then wall mart does not have to pay for it. I really wish they would do better to. They try to make a profit off produce. There is simply not a huge profit to be made at good quality produce until peak produce season and that can vary due to the weather. read more

If you like bagging your own groceries this is the place for you. I however do not appreciate having to bag $300 worth of groceries while my fellow shoppers wait on me. This is not a one time event. Every trip over a several month period this happens. But never again!! read more

The customer service suck at this location, and they can thank their district manger Bobby aka Bob, he is the worst customer service ever. He don't know how to talk to his paying customers. Worst experience ever and I see why they are closing down half of the Winn Dixie stores. read more
