My wife really liked the selection that they had. Tons of stuff on display, a good variety of sizes in the clothing, a little bit of jewelry and some gift type stuff that you could get for bday, wedding shower even some football related stuff (Roll Tide!). Staff was friendly and they had several people in and out while we were there. Guessing that stock rotates quite a bit with the number of people coming in here. All in all this was a great spot to check out and we'd recommend. I'd give a deduct of one star for price, I think some items were a little on the high side - but you should for sure check them out for yourself!

From the moment I ordered, I needed to get in contact with the store in order to amend, increase, and adjust details to the order; each time the staff picked up the phone instantly, helped me with my request, provided me all the answers to any questions I asked, and was always extremely friendly despite running a busy environment. I am on the phone all day, and calling Embellish and speaking with someone and receiving help, was without a doubt the easiest thing to do. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kat multiple times, and the customer service was fantastic. She got back to me with amended designs from the portfolio, and drew up a template for me to preview. Shipping was quick and easy, and the service was faster than many large companies I order from. I would highly recommend this business to others, and appreciate the client engagement that is often hard to come by.

There were about three employees up front trying to help, and then Samille came over to check me out. Still no greeting, and her attitude felt like she didn't want to be there. I placed my barcode on the counter so I could get my wallet out, and I asked if I could use my birthday coupon and also get the free item. Instead of asking, she just grabbed my phone and started going through it, which I found extremely rude. I told her that was rude, and she didn't say anything just kept working. Then suddenly she tried to act friendlier, but it felt fake. Overall, this trip was very disappointing. I love Ulta, but the customer service is consistently rude, especially at checkout. I hope this location improves, because the experience leaves a bad impression every time.

Although they didn't have the product/service I requested (colored acrylic), they made every effort to provide the same look with a different application (dip with a tip). My nail tech (Linda) was so kind and responsive, and paid attention to every detail to ensure my hands and feet were amazing. She even asked if I wanted a manicure after the soak off and before the dip full set. Amazing.

I've come here just once, but I am so happy; I've found my new nail shop :) I would recommend calling to make an appointment bc it's always better to let them know ahead of time (sometimes they close early and to minimalize any potential wait). The inside of the shop is minimalistic but cute decor, and the shop itself is clean (100 health department rating)! It's definitely not the best skill and technique I've experienced, but I left the shop so happy and feeling like I got my nails done affordably, had awesome conversations, and was in and out quickly! I am not rough with my hands, and typically gel x lasts months on end. I went in today to ask for a refund, I did not want them touching my nails again, and they argued with me and said that it was policy they couldn't do refunds. There is not a sign or disclaimer anywhere in the store that says that. They only offered a half refund or to come back later so they could do my nails again. Why in the world would I want to repeat my experience here after seeing the quality of their work? It was shoddy and rushed and my nail beds are also destroyed. I spent hours the first time out of my day and paid for a service to be done right, and they didn't deliver. They even accused me of going home and taking my own nails off. I spent SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS, WHAT ON EARTH WOULD COMPEL ME TO GO HOME AND RIP THEM OFF? And then they told me my nails were too short for them to hold anyways. I ASKED the first time I was there if I could do shorter nails so that they would hold, and they told me they would. So I was lied to, given poor service, and then denied my own money back, and didn't even receive an apology. This is disappointing. I was excited to go here and get my nails done, and spent a LOT of money to be treated unfairly. I eventually just opted for the half refund. I will NEVER go here again and I will tell every single woman I know to steer clear of this place and just go to Royal Nails or Fancy Nails instead.
