Once again, I was duped into buying veggies/fruit that still had 4 days to go before their expiration. Dole bagged spinach...2 for 4.29 and mixed grapes (green and red for 7.92. I had to throw the spinach out, even though it was going to be used one day after I bought it. Black, watery, and completely limp. The grapes, same thing. I am visiting from out of state. As a former Winn Dixie manager for 12 years , I was very disappointed in the treatment I received from Fiona the cashier. I spoke to her as I walked up to the register and she did not speak back. She basically threw my groceries as she rung me up. I had to ask her the total amount. She told me, bagged them and then turned her back to me. I had to ask her to hand me my bags. Her demeanor was nasty & offensive. I called and spoke to the customer service manager. Been doing business at this pharmacy for years. Service has really gone down hill. Their computer systems and phone system don't work well, they often don't have the drug prescribed and don't call to let you know that "it will be a couple days". Get text messages that prescription is ready and drive for 40 minutes to find out it isn't. Some of the staff are nice, others are dismissive. Always bought other things while there only because we had pharmacy business. Sorry, won't happen anymore. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is a great Winn-Dixie store with lots of sales and discounts on great products. The store is very clean, organized and plenty of sales associates ready to assist. I dealt with Andrew, Amber, Julia and Stacey and they were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Need to make sure you sign up for their loyalty card to get discounts. Bought some noxema, didn't even use it or open it. My mom bought the same thing. I didn't know that and wanted to return one. The lady told me that they aren't taking anything back bc of the virus, which is ok. But if you are going to follow virus protocols why aren't any of the workers wearing mask. Or gloves and why aren't you making people social distance. And enforcing people to wear mask when they enter. So therefore you are just being hypocritical. Can't only follow one and not the others. Not to mention the lady whom I spoke with was caddy and rude. Will be using other stores not this one. read more

This place is a joke. I have lived in Navarre for 3 years, and there are two other Winn Dixies around me within a 15-mile radius and none of them have the problems this location has. Every time you go in the store, the cashiers are unfriendly and nasty to you. I can't even get a "hi" out of them or if I start a conversation with them, they don't say anything back, and are completely rude. But yet, they'll turn around and talk to the other cashiers while I'm having a conversation with them and tone me out. My wife left her groceries at the counter one day because they were so rude and walked out. The store smells disgusting and they NEVER, I repeat, NEVER have the food priced the same as their ad. I go in all the time to get their steak deals on the weekend, but they always mark them up $2-$3 more a pound than what the ad says. I then drive 10 miles down the road to the Gulf Breeze Winn Dixie, and low and behold, the prices are as marked in the ad. Then, if you go in on the day their ad comes out, they never have the item "in stock". Several times they've advertised in their store ad "$4.99 for this meat and cheese in the deli". I literally go in at 7 a.m. the day those promos start and they tell me "We sold out and don't have any". So they sold out before the store even opened? Doubt it. I think the store struggles financially and the managers refuse to put the prices as low as they state in their ads because it doesn't make them enough money. I have literally been in this store hundreds of times in the past 3 years and 95% of the time, the prices in the store don't match the ad prices. A mystery I have yet to solve. And when you show them the ad and question them, they never have a solid answer as to why and don't adjust the prices. So now, I refuse to go to this store. As a matter of fact, I make the drive to Gulf Breeze or Fort Walton Beach so I can shop without having to worry about whether I wasted a trip to the grocery store. read more

Having worked here quite a few years back, I may be a little biased. They started me on the road to financial freedom and I appreciate it. That being said, it's sad to see that Wal-Mart and Publix have taken much of their business. This store used to be the flagship of the entire company, but now they struggle to make ends meet. I will be very upset if they close. They still have a clean store and plentiful, courteous employees with smiles. I have done most all of my shopping here over 5 years years. They have the best prices, the freshest veggies and the most courteous, helpful staff around. On the rare occasion that something needs to be returned, they cheerfully make it right. WIde variety and well stocked. read more
