All she did was look at the helmet on my child's head, asked her to move it up and down and said it fit. I asked another person to do a fitting and they directed me back to the person who'd originally helped us. The person helping us could not have cared less and acted irritated that I wanted to compare different sizes. I was shocked at the poor service for such an important and expensive piece of safety equipment. I have bought helmets there in the past and the fitting was much more thorough. I then went to another store where they spent over an hour properly fitting the same helmet and we ended up needing a different size.

Within 10 minutes they identified the problem and provided me a solution that later worked. No fee requested. On April 14, I returned again without an appointment and explained further problems with my install. This time I suggested a consult fee to which they agreed. Looking up car specific fuse block information, they again identified the solution and requested I pull my car into the shop to show me the correct fuse block location for my application. Then as I watched using their supplies they did the final power supply install for the front camera. 15 minutes later all was working as the manufacturer intended. As a DIYer I like to learn by doing and in this case watching but if I did not, I wouldn't hesitate to contract them. I did not expect the additional installation using their shop supplies, so I doubled the consult fee which was still very reasonable. Thanks guys for treating a double walk-in so professionally.
