We drove from Hamilton to test a bike we saw on the Sport Chek website only to discover the bike was not what we expected. We did, however, find one in store that we feel in love with but was priced a bit higher than our planned budget. We asked the manger if she could help us out a bit on the price and she did. Im not saying this will happen for every purchase at this location, I'm just sharing the " Ultimate Customer Experience " The manager knew we drove all the way from Hamilton to test the bike we saw so she took that into consideration and made a sale on another high end bike instead of us leaving unhappy and not spending money in her store.
