I love this location. It is spacious and has fresh fruits and vegetables; it has friendly staff; the store is clean and follows all the COVID-19 rules and guidelines. They monitor people follow "social-distancing" throughout the whole warehouse. It also has less lineup than nearby warehouses during COVID-19 pandemic. read more

This place is amazing, lots of free samples, the food wait isn't that long, usually 7-10 minutes, but if you go on a weekend, it is crowded, the checkout lines are long. When you show your recipt while leaving, they might draw a smiley face on it, especially if you have a young child. read more

A brand new Costco location, right off the QEW makes this very convenient to get to. Lots of parking here and the warehouse is nice and clean. Unfortunately they still are not putting in free WiFi for us members. The place has all the typical warehouse items including a pharmacy and Tire Centre. It was New Years Eve and the place was busy but they still had lots of stock for people hosting parties and lots of registers open. They also had a couple of sample stations. Our checkout was a pleasant experience. The food court had the infamous hot dog or polish sausage and Pepsi-branded drink for $1.50. We also picked up the poutine for $4.69 and it wasn't that tasty, the cheese curds didn't squeak, and the gravy has a strange spice taste to it. This warehouse location opened in a newly constructed shopping plaza so it's nice to see more retail options coming soon around it. read more

This Costco warehouse is larger then Burlington and St. Catherine put together. This Costco is also much larger and has a bigger variety of stock compared to Ancaster placed an aisle's that seem to be wider than any other Costco allowing the room not to bump into a shoppers. Very clean and shiny new building so it is a joy to just take a stroll through it. Throughout the day, you'll see seniors walking laps around the store considering there is no nearby mall but they still don't get in your way and the staff are very kind and courteous towards them as well. All the food in the food court has the same as previous Costco's however this one does have the added inclusion of chicken wings. Although I did not have them, I did hear there were quite tasteful. The tire centre staff seem to be very knowledgable and helpful considering they're not busy for the most part of the day they are always looking for a way to help you out. If you live anywhere between East Hamilton and Beamsville, I would highly recommend travelling to this Costco instead of going to any other locally. read more

Clean , well organized , great selection of products compared to other Costco's. Seems a bit larger than other stores. Came on a Wednesday night first week of December and it was empty compared to other Costco's so a much more relaxed shopping experience. (I'm sure weekends are busier) read more

They have very inexpensive food that you can snack on after a long day of shopping. All the food taste good but I would not recommend the chicken strips and fries because they don't put you enough chicken pieces. read more

Tried to call the tire center to get a quote and an appointment to replace the car battery. After letting the phone ring for more than 15 minutes I hung up. I will never consider taking my car there again. Nothing is more disrespectful than ignoring a customer. They wasted my time which I do not have any to waste. If you need car service take it to a company that appreciates your business. Every person who works in that tire center should be fired. 15 plus minutes of letting a phone ring is unacceptable. If these were my employees I would fire people for much less. You should be able to answer a phone within 4 rings. If you can not, do not give out the number as if any kind of service can be obtained there. My only wish I that I could give a lower rating. Giving any stars to this business is insulting. 5hey need a kick in the balls rating. read more
