Staff are unreasonable and unprofessional at just about every turn…read more Moved my roommates and I to a completely different unit (we had been assigned to one unit the entirety of the summer) 3 hours before we were scheduled to move in with the excuse that "it was a storage room and was not fit to live in". The reassigned unit we received was not move in ready at all. There were broken tiles, burned and stained carpet, water damaged ceilings, missing smoke detectors, and mold in just about every room. On top of all of that the entire claim to security they have is a joke. Had a friend visit and came out to the parking lot and the front fender of their car was dented in and when i asked to check cameras they first said they "wouldn't be clear enough to get a plate number" and after checking for a closer camera that may be able to at least get something, I found that the one near visitor parking was quite literally dangling by a thread. Found a camera facing the visitor parking lot that was in the pool area and when I asked to check footage they told me their whole system was down and needed to be fixed. Absolutely would not recommend this complex to anyone.

If you decide to move here for college DONT !! your freedom will be taken away. I had the worst experience living here & i hope no one else does !!

My car was booted right here at my own apartment complex--where I live and pay rent on time every month. Instead of providing any understanding or help, the office brushed it off like it was my fault. For the amount of money this place charges, you'd expect at least basic respect and communication, but apparently, that's asking too much. The parking situation is a complete scam -- they'll happily take your rent check but then turn around and fine you hundreds of dollars just for parking where you live. The management acts like they're doing you a favor just by responding, the "luxury" amenities barely work half the time, and the overall attitude here is greedy and dismissive. If you're thinking about moving here, don't. Save yourself the stress, because once they have your money, you're just another problem to them.
