I applied 8/6 and filled out a bunch of forms with personal info. Interviewed on a zoom call and after I was told Jillian was not able to join the call as she is the SVP. I was on the call with Taylor the recruiter rep. I figured there would be another call to meet with Jillian but no. 2 weeks went by I heard nothing from this agency. So I decided to email them back and ask why am I not being considered for any of the temp or perm jobs I see that is currently posted every week that I am more than qualified for and some don't require a BS degree. Jillian stated that the jobs posted are not a fit and if anything comes in will call me. I have seen plenty I am a fit for, but no call backs. I went to another agency and what a big differenc. They not only asked me to come in and meet their team In person but I was sent out on two jobs and immediately interviewed ASAP!
