I visited a couple of weeks ago and found an ant hill underneath his bathroom sink. He had to stop eating the food after a few months because it made him sick. They have turned off the heat in the middle of winter with no warning to the residents and the police had to be called.

Not only is she calm, kind and helpful she is willing to save the day. Closing went funky. The closing was laid on a Friday and I had packed my truck and my dog and drove out to meet Kimberly at the title company. The appointment was at 3 o'clock on Friday and the loan did not fund correctly due to an error in the wire transfer. Mind you I had already moved out of my previous home and was now two hours away with all of my stuff and a dog late on a Friday. I was told that I wasn't gonna be able to close until Monday. I didn't know what to do, but Kimberly saved the day by figuring out a way for me to get into the home. On top of that, my Internet was down when I moved in and I couldn't get an appointment for three days. Kimberly so kindly found me a space with an Internet connection so that I could continue to work and did not have to take extra time off. I also recommend the following: 1. Add a penalty clause for work going past their original estimated completion date. In our case, the job took more than two months past their original completion date at great inconvenience. 2. Be very precise about everything you want, down to number of circuits, outlets, precise trim, etc. 3. Don't just discuss any extra work that might be needed, get a written estimate for your approval. They have a $55/hour charge for extra work. Ask for an exact accounting for how the $55 was allocated. Write in the contract that all extra charges that are over the original estimate must be approved *in writing*. Our final cost was almost 20% more than the original estimate.

We had a dip/belly in our main sewer line that needed to be replaced. Molitor Plumbing was sent by…read moreour insurance company to replace the main sewer line. We didn't receive a courtesy call or heads up until 2 hours before they were coming. Some notice would have been helpful because we would have been able to save the flowers/decorative stones and notify our tenants beforehand. Adam Molitor lead this project and informed us at the end of that day that their work was done. They didn't level the yard or repack the dirt underneath the sidewalk, leaving large dips all over the yard and hollow spaces under the sidewalk. We would not be able to re-seed the yard the way they left it, and more importantly with no support underneath the sidewalk it will eventually collapse or crack. They also cracked a 2 ft section on our main driveway in the process, and when we mentioned these concerns to Adam his suggestion was for us to remove the sidewalk completely and leave that area with dirt, and "your driveway was brittle, so it was likely to break anyways". Because they did not get a permit prior to doing this job, no inspection was done after the job. With all the issues we were seeing, we decided to get the main sewer line scoped just to make sure everything was good. It was then that we found out that the old sewer line was still there and no new sewer line was put in. We called Molitor's office to inquire, and the office manager said to his knowledge the work was indeed completed. We also left a voice mail for Adam to call us back; no return call from Adam. We did receive a call from their office a few days later stating that we must have misunderstood Adam and they were planning to come back. I'm not sure why anyone would go through the trouble of putting the dirt back if they were planning to come back to finish the work. The insurance company got billed for the whole scope of work in the meantime. We then requested to have another company come to finish the work. This company got a permit, removed all the old sewer line and took a lot of pictures to show their work, and had the city inspector come to sign off on the work afterwards. They had to tear up the yard again and did not find any new sewer line put in by Molitor. We have worked with many companies in the past and we have never experienced anything like this. Not only did they not fix the problem, they didn't seem to care what damages they caused in the process, and billed for something they did not do. I would urge you to ask a lot of questions and ask for pictures and proof of work afterwards if you choose to use this company.
