He has had windows broken for three years and they won't fix them because they can't find the right part. They are supposed to offer cleaning services, but his apartment is rarely cleaned. I visited a couple of weeks ago and found an ant hill underneath his bathroom sink. He had to stop eating the food after a few months because it made him sick. They have turned off the heat in the middle of winter with no warning to the residents and the police had to be called.

Not only is she calm, kind and helpful she is willing to save the day. Closing went funky. The closing was laid on a Friday and I had packed my truck and my dog and drove out to meet Kimberly at the title company. The appointment was at 3 o'clock on Friday and the loan did not fund correctly due to an error in the wire transfer. Mind you I had already moved out of my previous home and was now two hours away with all of my stuff and a dog late on a Friday. I was told that I wasn't gonna be able to close until Monday. I didn't know what to do, but Kimberly saved the day by figuring out a way for me to get into the home. On top of that, my Internet was down when I moved in and I couldn't get an appointment for three days. Kimberly so kindly found me a space with an Internet connection so that I could continue to work and did not have to take extra time off. I just don't have enough nice things to say about her and the extent that she goes to for her clients I am so happy that I worked with her. Thank you, Kimberly.

When she showed up she said she would not show us the home now because she is going to show it to someone else at our appointment time. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this bad agent.

When you make a call to maintenance for a repair or even a light bulb replacement, be prepared to get the run around...and to wait.
