Just want to give a review. Lee's office and I scheduled for consultation and he's really helpful, accommodating, and precise in explaining all the details that I need to know for bankruptcy. Atty. Lee and his team will really help you each step that you make until the end of your bankruptcy journey. Just don't forget to let them know everything that they need to know especially your side hustles, zelle transactions and others that added to your income as they will advise you on what to do. I started 2025 with them but it took me a long time to file mine as I have to save up money for my case while life must go on as well. But hey, it's never too late to do it though. So, today's my bankruptcy hearing and I'm still in shocked that I passed it along with Atty. Lee. I'm just gonna wait for 90 days to get the official discharged papers. Thank you so much for everything Atty. Lee and the team. I really appreciate it and I'm so sorry for all the inconvenience that happened along the way.

Last year I hired a law office to help me with something very difficult n stressful. I paid for the…read moreservice and was told a few weeks later that it was not possible, and that law office kept the majority of my money! *****I then took another chance and reached out to Adele's law firm and found Jennifer. I was really hesitant and told Jennifer my fears, she put them at ease and reassured me that she would never steer me wrong and would always be upfront and honest, she did 100% everything she said she would do! Her time frames that were given to me, they were all on the ball, Jennifer and Adele were awesome and I would highly recommend them. The price was fair and they made something so difficult in my life a little more easier to deal with!

My mother retained Adele Schneidereit Law to assist her with a legal matter following a stroke that…read morehas left her with communication and memory challenges. Following her initial consultation, she paid the firm approximately $4,000 in reliance on their representation and assistance. As her advocate and support person, I have been involved in helping her understand the legal process and the information being provided by the firm. Our initial experience with the firm was concerning. Menna Moussa was frequently dismissive and rude when I sought clarification on behalf of my mother. Given my mother's disability and difficulty remembering and processing information, clear and compassionate communication is not a luxury, it is a necessity. After expressing my concerns publicly, I was contacted by paralegal Mary Murray on June 17. During our conversation, Ms. Murray acknowledged the concerns I had raised and assured me that corrective action would be taken. She stated that Menna Moussa would no longer be involved in my mother's case, that a case manager would be assigned and fully briefed on my mother's circumstances, and that I could contact her directly if any issues arose in the future. Because of those assurances, I removed my review. I genuinely believed the firm was taking the situation seriously and was committed to improving my mother's experience. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. To date, neither my mother nor I have been notified of who her assigned case manager is, despite being told that one would be assigned and fully briefed on her circumstances. When I later needed assistance and followed Ms. Murray's instructions by leaving her a voicemail on June 24 at approximately 11:43 a.m., I did not receive a response. As a result, my mother--a stroke survivor with communication and memory challenges, has been left navigating a process that the firm assured us would be better supported moving forward. What is most disappointing is not simply the lack of communication, but the fact that I removed my original review based on promises that were never followed through on. When a law firm tells the family of a disabled client that it understands their concerns and is implementing changes to better support that client, those commitments should matter. My mother entrusted this firm with her case and paid thousands of dollars expecting professionalism, communication, and advocacy. Instead, we have experienced dismissive treatment, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of follow-through at critical moments. Families seeking legal representation deserve to know whether a firm will communicate consistently, accommodate disability-related needs, and follow through on the promises it makes. In our experience, those expectations have not been met. I hope sharing this experience encourages the firm to improve its treatment of vulnerable clients and their families. As things currently stand, I would not recommend this firm to individuals who require reliable communication, responsiveness, or disability-sensitive client support. If you are elderly, have a disability that affects communication or memory, or are not particularly tech-savvy, I would encourage you to carefully evaluate whether this firm can provide the level of support you need. In our experience, much of the process relied on the client being able to independently navigate online systems and manage communications, which can be especially difficult for vulnerable clients without consistent assistance.
