Used to love coming to this place BUT today wasn't a great experience. Came in to do my taxes with family and had Lucy be so unprofessional. As we're discussing our tax status and plan in the lobby mind you, she began making personal comments. At one point she stated I should stop having kids and work more! These past years have been hard for many of us, especially financially. This type of behavior is unacceptable! She needs to worry about doing her job and keeping her comments to her self. She has no idea what people have gone through these past years. I recommend she changes her attitude and the way she talks to people before she pushes her cliental away. read more

Seemed professional and polite, but scrambled my and my parents taxes. We were left with questionable results and unknowingly owing more than expected. When we tried to have her correct her miscalculated results, she was extremely hard to reach and unaware of her mistakes still. First thing, this place has been here for a while and it is reliable place. A couple of weeks ago, I went back to file my taxes and as every year I was asked to fill in a form for any changes, in this case I change my address and my direct deposit information as well. This time around Lucy was more into getting reviews in social media and not focus on what really matter, the costumer! Taxes been this important and get distracted by making sure she gets a review, she never notice the changes of my new direct deposit information and my refund was sent to the old information on file. I've been doing my taxes with Lucy since 2008 and I've truly liked my experience with her. Her services are fast and the staff is friendly. She is bilingual so if you have parents that only speak Spanish, she is perfect. Also, after you do your taxes with her, you start receiving $10 discount coupons for the following years. Her office, along with other offices are in an apartment building. Her office is on the bottom floor, first office on the left. They where sure right she's is so informative , has so much patience to answer all your concerns and questions . She even told me I had nothing on my retirement which I was t aware and told me she would take care of that so I get money on for my retirement. All her staff are friendly.
