Very unethical business practices and non responsive to complaints. Be very careful about signing any contracts with them because they only want the payments. When they damaged my property it took weeks for a response. I asked to discontinue services but they held me to the contract. At that time I was promised 2 free months of service. We continued to pay our bills less the 2 months to be credited. We had to call the office and the representative multiple times and never got the credits we were promised. When they finally allowed me out of the contract (because I wouldn't accept a price increase) they declined the credits and pursued legal collections. Stay away, I got better pricing from another company and I felt like a prisoner because of the contract. All the stereotypes of the waste industry are still in effect at Winter Bros. Strong arm collections and no service. The only good experience I had was when the owner came to pick up the dumpster and he apologized for the inconvenience. I own a business and hate doing this review, but I was left with no course of action and will probably end up in court over a $900 charge that should have been credited in February after the damage occurred. read more

Best dumpster rentals in long island. We are currently redoing our house and needed a dumpster rental. When looking up companies on google I came across this company. I gave them a call and spoke to a lovely woman who helped me with everything. I had to make sure we had the right size because their dumpsters come in different sizes . When they arrived they helped load the dumpster into our drive way. After finishing everything they came and cleaned up. They were on time with everything and wonderful.
