Initially, I wanted to buy 10ft of chain and a few padlocks. Mike advised me to go to Michael's to get my boxes. I returned and he suggested that I used some screw eyes and much smaller locks. He even took the time to open the screw eyes and show me where/how to put them in my wooden boxes. He could have easily cut some chain for me and sent me on my way. I would have ended up with a pile of useless materials and an incomplete project. I had 4 other interactions with staff there. There are two floors to the store, with the majority of home improvement things being on the lower level.
