The setup can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but by the time the coach explains and demos everything it will make sense. Each workout focuses on specific body parts, which is great if you like to switch it up. The lights and the music add to the experience-definitely a fun workout. The studio is also very clean, with lockers for your stuff and a well stocked bathroom. I booked using ClassPass credits and will definitely be back. 5 stars!

She absolutely loved it and we joined (for a year) after that first class. She had previously been in dance for 3 years and it just wasn't her thing. She almost always wants to go to class and has made friends there. Mr G is AMAZING. He is patient as can be with the kids but doesn't let them walk over him and ensures they're respectful (not interrupting, focusing, polite to others, saying sir and mam.) He is soon testing for his 6th degree black belt. The kids love him. The cost isn't bad at all considering your children can go 5-6 days a week most weeks if you want them to. My daughter went 4-5 days a week for a while, we did zoom classes during Covid, and have been back in person for a while now. We moved from Southpark where we were 10 mins from class and now are 25-30 WITHOUT traffic and it's been a year since moving and I still can't imagine switching her. We usually only go 2 days a week now usually because of the drive, but my daughter practices a lot at home too. Initially, equipment needed is minimal; however, if they're going to stick with it, you should invest in the gear. She gets to test for her black belt in September!

Unfortunately, there is one recurring issue that's making me consider canceling my membership. A couple of mornings each week, very early in the day, a group of members brings their own music and plays it so loudly that it can be heard throughout multiple saunas, even with their sauna door closed. I genuinely admire their commitment to their workouts, and I have no issue with them listening to their own music. The problem is simply the volume. The loud music competes with the relaxing music the gym is already playing, creating an overwhelming mix of sounds. On top of that, their yelling and excitement during their workout make it nearly impossible to hear the instructor in my own session or experience the peaceful atmosphere the gym is designed to provide. This has turned what should be a calming, restorative experience into a stressful and distracting one. It's especially disappointing because I truly love everything else about this place. If this issue could be addressed--whether by enforcing reasonable volume levels or ensuring music stays within the sauna it's being played in--I would happily continue my membership. I hope management considers this feedback because I believe the peaceful environment is the heart of what makes this gym special.

When you become a meme we you have 24 hour access and you can take a class any time of day or night. Classes are held in a room that holds up to 3 people. The rooms are reminiscent of a sauna and for good reason. They have wooden floors, ceilings and walls and shall I mention that rooms are heated from 125 to 128 degree infrared heat. Classes are 15 to 30 minutes long. There is a large variety of classes. You can take yoga, barre, cycle, Pilates, ISO and more. I really enjoy that the rooms are small and only allows a few people. The members all seem to be very friendly. I especially love that the members are diverse in gender, age, weight, strength and shape. I don't feel pressured to win but only to do my best and enjoy my workout. I love the heat. The infrared heat is great for detox, pain in the body, increase sleep, decrease stress, help with post recovery, burn more calories faster and more. Try out a class. I feel great afterwards and look forward to going back. They even have an app the connects to your Apple Watch, Fitbit or you can record your calories burned separately.
