We started out at another orthodontist and we are SO glad we made the switch to Wire Orthodontics. My son got his braces off much earlier than we were estimated at the other orthodontist, and his teeth look great. He got his retainers the very same day by their in-house lab technician. Scheduling is so easy and the staff is all really kind and helpful. You can tell they really care about their patients. If you live anywhere near Spokane, Liberty Lake, or North Idaho, Wire Orthodontics is worth your trip- promise. read more

Wire Orthodontics has been nothing short of a fantastic experience for me and my family. Because our experience with our son during Phase 1 was SO great, my wife and I made the long-overdue decision to get braces, and we could not be happier. Getting braces as an adult is no easy feat, but Dr. Wire has been there for all our questions and concerns every step of the way. From the moment you walk in the door at Wire Orthodontics, the staff is warm and welcoming. They really take their time to explain everything clearly and concisely and have a genuine connection with each patient. Dr. Wire is truly a skilled and genuine human who isn't pushy about getting us out the door. You can tell that orthodontics is not only his career, but his passion. The office is clean, and they even have a game area for patients to play while they wait! We're always seen on time, and all appointments wrap up in a timely manner. We are eternally grateful to have an orthodontic office near us with this level of exceptional care and professionalism. Beautiful, clean office. Amazing staff. Saved us while traveling and one of our kids had a problem with his braces cutting into his mouth. Were able to see us within a few minutes and let us get back on our way. Very grateful. read more

History

Established in 1999.

Dr. Scott Ralph served the Spokane and Liberty Lake communities for over 25 years. In August of 2024, he retired from private practice, turning over his office to Dr. Clint Wire. Dr. Ralph’s dedication and care for his patients have left a lasting legacy that Dr. Wire strives to uphold.

Meet the Business Owner: Clint W.

Dr. Wire grew up just outside of Olympia, Washington, and has always loved the outdoors – spending most of his free time riding motorcycles, snow skiing, and competing in team sporting events. Dr. Clint Wire completed his dental education at the University of Utah, graduating Magna Cum Laude and at the top of his dental class. Clint went on to obtain his Master of Science in Orthodontics at the University of Iowa while also serving as the Chief Resident for the orthodontic program. After working for several years as a private practice Orthodontist in Colorado and Northern Idaho, he and his wife, Valerie, love the opportunity to call Spokane home. Dr. Wire is a Board-Certified Orthodontist who is humbled by the opportunity to treat you and your loved ones, and he is eager to devote his time and attention to providing the very best orthodontic care. He looks forward to meeting you and upholding the values here at Wire Orthodontics!

Impossible to contact the office, have to leave a message. A root canal just last week, few days later not healing as it should. Below is an email I sent the Dr. yesterday. I'm in a lot of pain. Dr R said "Rx called in." I took public transportation to Yokes in the rain, Pharmacist said I do not have an Rx for you! I have a dentist's appointment on Monday at 8. My new dentist found an infection and Rx Sent. The pharmacist was shocked I was sent home after my Root canal with no Rx!
