My TV is over my fireplace & Originally I wanted my wires fished through the Fireplace wall & they were 100% prepared to do it but my home was built in the 30's so there's concrete behind the wall in my fireplace & they were going to absolutely try to do it. Unfortunately with concrete it makes it much harder to do so I opted for them to mount the TV & leave the wires outside the wall & even when I told them "If it's really really difficult then put the wires through the PVC piping" & they were still 100% willing to do the wall fishing but again I opted not to do the wall fishing so they put it through white PVC piping also my TV plug wasn't long enough to to be plugged in & I didn't have an extension cord long enough for my TV to reach the outlet so they ran to Lowe's to buy one at no charge to me & I couldn't believe they didn't charge me for it but that's just the kind of company they are. The 2 men wanted to make sure everything was perfect & that I was absolutely & positively 100% happy & I am more than happy with them. They are perfectionists which is a great thing because you don't find that very often. They texted me before they came with a time frame which is excellent because I have 2 dogs I needed to put away. Many companies just show up. If I could give them 10 stars I would because they're just amazing. Not terribly complicated, my system was Sonos dependent. Their estimate supposedly included every thing from networking the computers, hooking up router relays if necessary to boost signals, installing 4 wall mounted tv's, apple tv's and an amazon t.v. and the sound system as well as determining whether a pair of unused ceiling speakers could be fitted into our home theatre system. In a project that ended up almost 30 percent over budget (in all fairness, one of the unanticipated pieces of equipment I had to purchase was an expensive piece of furniture to conceal the equipment) and then there was the sudden breakdown after moving of a 3 year old smart t.v. Less turned out to be more with these guys. We did the computer network ourselves, direct t.v. installed the boxes and networked the t.v.'s, Smart Home did a half hearted attempt to plug my Request Server (outmoded by cloud music) back into the Sonos system. And after frequent call backs for work left undone or not done at all, and complaints and an on-site session with Jared supervising, I have a serviceable system. These guys are knowledgable and competent, and this is just one of those jobs, I'm sure, that just went wrong from beginning to end. To their credit, they doggedly came back to correct problems and try to satisfy our expectations, and in the face of a barrage of criticism, were always courteous and calm. I'm sure they were as happy as I was when the last bill was paid. And we could both sigh with relief, "It's over!"
