A few companies responded. One company was booked until September while another company declined. A third company was able to show up the same day to measure and provide an estimate. MacVane Electrical was the fourth company to reply but was the quickest to provide an estimate after I texted pictures of the circuit boxes as well as an approximate distance. I was hesitant due to lack of online reviews. Phil (Sr.) quickly responded in the same evening with an estimate as well as a commitment to show up the next day to do the work. Phil (Jr) arrived the next day (Tuesday) as promised along with Ray, and both got the work done in about 2 hours. Both are super nice guys. Turns out Phil and his father started the company just 6 months ago, hence there are few to no reviews online. They are friendly, clean, and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. Phil Jr was so thorough that after he finished and left, he called the sauna company to verify the type of plug the sauna required. This was over 2 months ago and there has been no communication since then, and no responses to my emails and texts (which I know he has read because I have been getting iMessage read receipts). So I finally had to give up and have Lutron come over and arrange for another company to take over the job, at significant additional expense for me as the work to finish the job was included in my original payment. Avoid this company! And if like me you are getting a Lutron Radio Rar lighting system, go to the Lutron website to find a recommended installer (which Precision Electric is not).
