I called him in the morning about an install and he was at another job but said he would come after. Time went by and figured he would cancel but he called later and said if I was okay with it he would come late after 7. I called him a few times and he always answered his phone. Daniel was great! He showed up within the appointment time range and even showed me some of the things I did wrong trying to install the TV mount myself. I already had the wall taped where I wanted the TV so he went to work and had everything done in about 30-45 minutes for a basic install (no hiding wires or sound bar mounting). He told me how I could conceal the wires if I didn't want to go the in-the-wall route and gave me a different way to mount the cable DVR/Receiver behind the TV if I wanted to down the road. He even helped me setup the TV once installed! He was very pleasant and professional! As much as I REALLY wanted to mount the TV myself, I'm glad I called in a pro! read more

Over $3400 and less than a year later, the DVR hard drives died and the connection to view the cameras on my TV stopped working. Less than three years after installation, I also have three cameras that DO NOT work. Daniel is very unresponsive. It took him weeks, if at all to return calls and text messages. After I took off early from work for him to "fix" issues, he cancelled the appointment because his dog was sick! Being highly frustrated with the lack of customer service and defective equipment, I went on Amazon.com and purchased a new DVR for a fraction of the price that Daniel charged me. The new DVR was easy setup and has worked flawlessly. The 800 number for the DVR customer support was very responsive. Do not waste your money or time doing business with Daniel Gallegos and Wired Installs! You are better off purchasing a security system from Amazon or Costco and allowing a five year old to install your system! Read my other review on Angie's List. They installed two 52-inch televisions for us. We'd forgotten about the appointment, so our house was a total mess when they arrived. They were very kind about it. They spent about an hour on the job, moving furniture, cleaning up for us and everything. They had all the equipment needed -- the tilt mounts, the extra HDMI cables for our speakers and game consoles, and everything. We spent about $450 for two tilt mounts, two installations, a couple of HDMI cables, and the installation of an electrical outlet. I think we got a great deal. I can only tell you guys what my experience with Daniel and this company was. I called for an Install and Spoke with Daniel on Friday to come and Install on the next day which was Saturday. He previously came out to my home and gave me a quote and I finally decided to use this services. he said that he usually doesnt work on Saturdays but he has workers who would be more than happy to come out on the Weekend and make extra money. So on Saturday, the man came out at appx 9am in the morning, he told me that he would be right back because he needed a ladder because he wasnt aware that my home was so big. 3 hours later and this man still did not show up! So i text Daniel to advise him of this and he APOLOGIZED and said that he did not know what was going on. he said that he had another guy who do the job for me on Sunday. Daniel told me to, give him a few minutes and he would call me back after he spoke with his other worker. Here it is 2 days later and no response. So no work was ever done to my home but the unprofessionalism of this company is unreal. We are a working household and it was EXTREMELY inconvenient to have lost an ENTIRE day with no work done when I could have easily hired someone else. Very disappointed. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone who ACTUALLY wants an install. Not at all. read more
