DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give this place a 0 rating I would! Called (334) 699-3159 yesterday (11/14/18) at 8:45 am CST and scheduled a pickup for today at 4:00 AM to go to the airport. The man took my information and confirmed my information by reading everything back to me. He state a driver would be at my hotel at 4:00 AM. Fast forward to today. I'm in the hotel lobby at 3:45 AM. At 4:05 AM, still no Taxi. I called the same number I called yesterday - three times. No answer. No answering service and no voicemail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ended up using my Lyft app and they arrived 8 minutes later and I was able to make my flight. I didn't use the Lyft app originally because the pre-schedule pickup option wasn't available. I had a detailed conversation with the dispatcher and scheduled a taxi to pickup my teenage daughter from work at the end of her work shift at 10pm. The taxi never showed up, and dispatcher never picked up calls, and their voicemail was full. My daughter was in tears stuck in a dark parking lot at 10pm, and was left scrambling to find her a ride. TL/DR: This taxi cab is complete and total garbage and is only outmatched in disgusting traits by the man who owns it. The entire experience started out bad as I was waiting in the 28 degree cold for my driver to arrive after he had said he'd be there in 20 minutes then me subsequently calling after 25 minutes and him telling me he was 5 minutes away just to show up 30 minutes late and a total of 50 minutes from when I called and got the original quote of 20 minutes. The owner of the company was the one to pick me up. The vehicle was in tatters on the inside, not to mention it sounded like the engine was about to explode. The owner/driver was extremely reckless and jumped out in front of traffic more than once and never came to anything resembling a complete stop at red lights or stop signs before swinging onto the next road so hard the entire vehicle leaned to one side. I took my phone out to text my wife and the owner/driver started raising his voice and asking me what I was doing on my phone and then said to me , "If you are taking pictures of the vehicle then I will drop you off right here!" He found it appropriate at this time to turn his heater off (or perhaps the vehicle simply didn't have one to begin with (plausible considering the poor condition of it)) and rolled his front window down.
