I requested a pick-up at 5:00am, and Joe said he might be 5 or 10 minutes early. He was actually more like 15 minutes early, and texted my phone to let me know: "I'm outside. I'm early. Take your time!" He was cheerful and professional, and regaled my better half and me with local information (for example, I never knew the white sand at the Pensacola beaches were imported from up North), and made sure to point out old neighborhoods in Pensacola that I had said I remembered from a few years back. The taxi ride cost a little more than quotes from other places (it was $50 for the trip from Milton to Pensacola), but when you need to bank on someone actually arriving at your house at 5 in the morning, the peace of mind of knowing they will actually show up (and show up early, even! And with a cheery disposition!) is worth it. Count on Joe for a friendly & dependable ride to your destination. We were very pleased!

On a whim I decided to see what a car service would cost, called the first one and the British automated voice turned into a rude lady that said it would be $130 and they could not pick me up for 1.5 hours. I think called Five Star, not only did they come pick me up in black Cadillac in 15 min, they also handled my bags, opened my door, provided water and got to me my daughters event on time. The owner explained his side of story and I was reassure by his promises to deliver and gave us a royal treatment. Our driver was Bethany for my husband and I's Birthday celebration night. She called to ask if she can stock anything for us in the limo ride. And she was super professional and kind to us. We felt like rock stars. She provided excellent service and we will definitely use them again in the future. People seems to take time write about the bad experiences, but neglect the good reviews are important as well.
