The techs sent to our home were organized and efficient as well as being highly knowledgeable and professional. My last interaction with Desco was several days ago. I was calling Desco to sort out a technical issue which was beyond my expertise. I was fortunate that Dick Tappenden answered the phone. In a matter of minutes Dick was able to sort out the issue (sight unseen!) thereby restoring the audio and video connections to the large screen Sony television we had purchased from Desco several years earlier.
