Worst place you could ever go for stereo systems for your car, rips you off severely overpriced with cheap stuff like (JBL) that's not even worth the price he is asking (40,000 or higher) if you specialize in stereo gear, don't go to this person because they don't specialize in it at all and they do their work so fast, there's a whole crap load of errors in placement, positioning, gaps, noises ( rattling) that weren't there before! Do not recommend this company. It's not worth your money . Go to somebody else, anywhere else besides this place for a good high-quality speaker systems. Great installation by the tech, but the owner(?) Quoted $400 on the phone but charged $500 after the work was done. It was a simple mistake but the last second sticker shock tainted the experience. It was worth $500 though, the tech didn't take shortcuts and they back their installations. Would return for future car audio/ alarm needs. read more

These guys saved my bacon!! My Viper alarm decided to take control of my vehicle, specifically the windows, locks, alarm and functions of alarm, heater and defroster and if all that wasn't enough the alarm issue also had my air bag and abs lights come on. I called Viper and they recommended this shop. I called and made appointment and drove in from 2.5 hrs away on the coast. The owner took one look at my install and said that he would "take a look". It looked like a birds nest. To reiterate I showed up in the rain with my truck windows down and inoperable no heater or defroster no door locks nada. In 2 hours they had me back on the road. I cannot say enough about this shop they earned my business. Anything car audio or alarm related these guys are top notch. This owner knew I was from out of town and coulda really gouged me. My wife and I have purchased 3 stereo systems from Audio express. We put an amp, backup camera and sub in my wife's truck, along with a stereo, amp and sub in my crown Victoria all in the last year. We recently asked them to install two subs, a stereo and amp in my Mercedes AMG. The AMG is a complicated car most people will not touch it but Craig the owner took it upon himself to research his to integrate the aftermarket stereo in with the Mercedes computer that wants to "hunt" continuously for the missing stock stereo which drains the battery. Craig refuses to accept defeat and figured out how to loop the system back to itself so that my battery drain would stop. These guys are top notch!! read more

So I went here to get a new deck put in my car, after my passenger door wouldn't open from the outside so I thought maybe it was because of the anti theft system my car has, I called and brought the car back in, turns out it was just a coincidence that my door handle stopped working after bringing it to them, but they took a look just to make sure! I set up an appointment for a Monday several weeks in advance. Then I came in a couple days earlier to pre pay for my dream system, and to go over configurations. Monday rolled around and they were closed. I was very upset cause I took the day off when they were slammed at my job to get this done. I expressed my feelings towards the matter, and let it go afterwards. I then got a call saying that he wanted to switch up my idea for something that sounded better. I was getting even more upset cause the appointment was not on schedule, and now they were switching my idea up. I got to the shop late afternoon, and the unveiled my trunk. To my surprise he went ABOVE and BEYOND, he did excellent work and even gave me a carbon fiber box to match my M5 subwoofer. He explained the mechanics of why he did what he did, and my car BUMPS. 5 stars for going above and beyond. read more

The stereo was defective and they did not have a second one to install so they replaced it with a better stereo. Terrible service! I went in there and I spent $300 to get a stereo, amp, sub, Bluetooth and backup camera installed and they did it. Great install. Except when I called and asked why the backup camera wasn't working, they told me that they didn't install it. Which they failed to tell me and I paid for it. Next experience, I went into the shop to get a remote start, alarm priced out and I was in there for more then 10 minutes, with multiple employees at the counter, not one asked me if I needed help. Which I did. They just lost $500 from crappy service. I will never be back. read more

I recently had a stereo installed in my jeep. This was a perfect experience. They did what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted me in the time frame they said they would. Staff were knowledgeable and the tech was friendly and explained things to me in layman's terms. I have a couple more audio projects to do and I will definitely be back. My son and I went into this store and received zero customer service for 20 mins. Once somebody acknowledged our presence, we wait another 15mins for a simple question to be answered. Due to the lack of car audio stores in the area, we needed to have them do the work on the car. After HOURS of waiting, the job was not completed, they did not communicate this to us before we paid and left. The work they did complete was poor. If you live in Cowlitz Co. I strongly suggest you spend the energy to find another establishment to spend your time and money with, even if it is a 30min drive. read more
