Jameel (unsure on the spelling, sorry!) greeted me instantly upon entry and made me feel welcome , all while helping a customer already. I paid $80 for an aftermarket screen replacement and I've had no problems at all. My phone works just the same as it did, if not better before replacing the prior screen. He was also very knowledgeable about my iphone, he literally replaced my screen in under 10minutes, again, all while engaging and helping other customers as they came in as well! He accepts Apple Pay and will fix your damaged phone screen and let you pay after repair if needed, as this was my experience. I had a really great customer experience with Jameel and I most definitely will recommend and be using his services in the future!

(I touched my cracked screen with wet hands at work and thought, welp, now I've fried my phone completely - yikes.) It flickered green and blue then went totally green and unresponsive. The guys at iFix were knowledgeable, professional, kind, and quick! They were able to offer me several different options. He was up front that if I had internal water damage, the new screen wouldn't save it, but since I did already have a new screen I had ordered from Amazon anyway, we gave it a shot and he was able to install the new screen, no problem. He was able to replace my screen and tell me I didn't have any internal water damage done to my phone in like 20 minutes! Shari had it fixed it up within an hour and pointed me where to find the one specific key cap that couldn't be fixed in store (even then, she managed to use some spare hinges from a different model so the key will at least stay attached and usable until the new one arrives!!) I say, the owner said it WAS in stock and give her the correct model number AGAIN and to check with owner. "Office manager" responds: "Hey again, My goodness! Laura (owner) is correct, I have had the model number wrong all this time..." "Office manager" then discloses, they in reality they DON'T HAVE THE MODEL AND NEVER DID and it would be drop shipped from the company that sells it. Problem is.........none of them (owner OR office manager) EVER CHECKED WITH THE SOURCE TO SEE IF IT WAS AVAILABLE before claiming they had it in stock . As it turns out it was discontinued TWO YEARS AGO and these people lied and said THEY had it in stock. The owner lied about having it, the office manager got the wrong number (it wasn't even close) and they strung me along for three weeks with excuses and lies. I didn't think to look at Yelp or I would have never contacted them. Thank God I didn't order it without asking, but then I DID ASK and STILL WAS LIED TO AND GOT THE RUN AROUND. If I had ordered it I probably would have never gotten my money back or it would have taken FOREVER. Running a "business" this way should be against the law.
