As I couldn't make a call to ask for support, I logged in online and found out they had included me in a plan for people with hearing disability. So this was when I downloaded the app and could chat with support team to assist me - note that when I went to the store they sold me the plan with unlimited features for USD 85,00, but after this problem They moved me to a plan with Unlimited Talk, Data, and Text (including abroad! And a Netflix plan paid by T Mobile) for USS 70,00. This makes completely no sense but it was a good learning as at first I was paying more for less services. Pay attention when you make any changes to your plan and make sure everything is working before leaving the store.

Place was empty and the person that helped me was a little under trained, and I guess the others too because she had to contact her manager because she couldn't activate my gen5 Apple Watch. Also all the signage in the place was only in Spanish including the movie they were playing showing att TV. Made me feel like I was in another country. Either way I got my watch connected in less than 20 minutes at the store close to my house and the person there new what to do.
