I hate talking on the phone and pressing prompts to get things done. These people are real patient and courteous. Over all, they solved my problems. Somehow I never need to wait in line either. I'm not sure if I'm just lucky or they might have the correct number if people working so there's no line. Anyway, this place is the best.

I have had the absolute horribleest customer's service experience in my life.I left the store…read morecrying today.I don't know if it was because of my skin color that they did not want to help seemed unconcerned, but I have been paying on a line on my account for over a year.Did not even know it was there.They've been charging me in the the customer service guy only had the nerve to tell me you've been paying on it this long!!
