Jim doesn't want a return, Yamaha doesn't want a return, nor do I. BTW Yamaha doesn't hand out warranty service contracts on a whim. Somebody there has some serious talento. BTW.....sent a Teac Cassette Deck in for a factory re-do oil/belts in California. 80 bucks to ship one way. 289.00 for service..... Unit failed within 3 weeks....Garage door guys two hours charge 30 minutes there and millage....sounds like Jim's cheap. One last thing, been in good to great audio for 50 years. I've been to Car-Fi before for a new radio and speakers. I wore the Alpine radio out they installed…read moreafter about 7 years and was due for a new one. I had already worn out the OEM radio before that. In addition, I had some problems with an intermittent short that cut the sound out when I turned left, or accelerated. So, they got me into a new radio with all the bells and whistles, and it played fine, but after a day or so, the sound started cutting out again. I made another appointment and they said they would try to analyze it, but warned that it could be expensive. I get it. So, I took the car in. I had also purchased a set of speakers from them about 6 months before. I explained all the issues to the people at the desk and they took my keys and gave them to the tech. After an hour or so, they were able to reproduce the problem, but couldn't find the issue causing it. Then the sales people brought in the tech where I was waiting, and I explained to the tech what was happening. The tech didn't know that Car-Fi had also installed the speakers in the door, even though I told the sales people that. So, they were not communicating effectively with their staff. So they told me there wasn't enough time to work more on it at that time, and gave me an appointment for later that day. I came in then, and they worked on it, found the cause of the issues, and because it was their equipment they installed that seemed to be the problem, I didn't pay anything for the repair. They replaced all the wiring in the driver's side door. That fixed it. Some people would say this was a bad experience, but I say that difficult problems like intermittent ones, don't solve easily and when the techs had the right information, they proceeded with the repair. And they took responsibility for the work they did previously. I say, Job Well Done.

Has some older PCs available for somewhat of a good price. But there's are some hidden gems. The only bad thing is that they don't sell used phones that can be used for parts. Other than that the selection of items was very good even older electronics and legacy items.
