Several hours later, I get an email (after customer service closed, of course) canceling my order, no explanation or nothing. I am accusing them of several things,, False Advertising, Bad business practices, Possible Fraud and Bait and switch. The manager, Matt, refused to own up to the mistake nor did he offer a solution to the problem. I have not been provided my item I purchased, which totaled nearly $800, nor my funds. I tried numerous times to speak with Matt regarding a solution and he declined each offer. Very unhelpful! Managers like Matt are the reason I never return to certain establishments to spend my hard earned dollars.
